Timeline of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher - Driving License: Level B B1, 1985-Current:

Highlights

  • Dr. Rozen-Bakher suffered from Political Persecution by ICCG that intentionally sabotage her applications to formal documentation as in the case of the application to IMT to reverse the exchange of her Driving Licences from Netherlands to Portugal.

  • Despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave in the application to IMT all the necessary information to make the reverse exchange to a Portuguese Driving Licence, then she got an email that she needs to give again a new application based on a False reason that ‘LICENSE NUMBER IS NOT VISIBLE’, despite that it is visible. Please see the documents below that were provided in the application, as well as the Application in PDF

  • Worse, the President of IMT ignored the request to get information about given complaint about IMT on the Yellow Book (see Complaint to the President of IMT about IMT Operation).

  • Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher founds by herself that it’s not possible to give online complaints about IMT on the Yellow Book, but only in the Hard Book of the Yellow Book that exists in the IMT office in Lisbon (see Complaint to the Yellow Book about IMT Operation ).

  • Following the complaint to the President of IMT, the Customer Service and Support Department of IMT repeated the request to give again an application despite that all the necessary information exists in the current application.

  • On 18 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher revealed that ICCG fabricated the exchange from the Portuguese Driving License to the Dutch Driving License. This likely explains the sabotage of the current reexchange by ICCG, and especially the request to ‘see the back of the driving license’, despite that the application and the front give all the necessary information to make the reexchange. For more information about the fabricated exchange by ICCG, please see Dutch Driving License Operation: Manipulated Exchange from Invalid Israeli Driving License instead of From Portuguese Driving License Including Vanish License B1

  • On 30 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher received by post the IMT answer regarding the complaint. First, IMT de-facto argued in their answer to the Complaint on Yellow Book that they don’t know how to read a link, namely the link of IMT Operation that includes information and photos (https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/20/03/2023-0829). Second, IMT should respond to the complaint until 09 May 2023 as required according to Portuguese Law, but IMT wrote the answer on 12 May 2023, while it was sent via CTT on 16 May 2023, still, the envelope was received by post after 13 days on 30 May 2023 instead of 3 days normal time for receiving an envelope within Lisbon. Therefore, likely that ICCG finds a way to manipulate the post of IMT envelope, resulting in an unusual delay of 13 days in receiving the post.

On 18 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher revealed that ICCG fabricated the exchange from the Portuguese Driving License to the Dutch Driving License. For Full details: Dutch Driving License Operation: Manipulated Exchange from Invalid Israeli Driving License instead of From Portuguese Driving License Including Vanish License B1

ICCG fabricated the exchange from an invalid Israeli Driving License that was returned to the Israeli Embassy during the renouncing of Israeli citizenship by Dr. Rozen-Bakher instead of from a valid Portuguese driving license as mentioned in the application. Importantly, Dutch authorities during the exchange took the Portuguese Driving License of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, and after two months, provided her a fabricated Dutch Driving License that mentioned fabricated details (see below), so currently, Dr. Rozen-Bakher holds de-facto fabricated Dutch Driving License that produced by ICCG. Note, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not notice these fabricated details until 18 May 2023 when she compared her past driving licenses with the current one.
