On 22 April 2022 at 17:30, Dr. Rozen-Bakher finds out that ICCG vanished the whole section below from the paper that deals with the principles of Free Trade Agreement. It is unclear when this sabotage was done, yet it is clear that until 12/2021, the paper still includes the missing part, still, unclear yet when it’s done during the period of 12/2021-04/2022. Due to this vanish, recent submissions of PD10 did not include the missing part.
On 22 April 2022 during the time of 18:30 until 20:00, the internet of Dr. Rozen-Bakher was blocked despite that the router was working. This blocking was done during the update of the missing part of PD10. This internet cutting was done by ICCG to make the cover-up and obstruction of justice regarding this case. When ICCG released the blocking of the internet, Dr. Rozen-Bakher was needed to make a log-in to the editing of her website, despite that she did not make logout, still, when she made the login, she got a notice of error in the password, despite that it was correct. At the second attempt, it made the log-in. Likely, that this error related to the cyber against the website to manipulate some contents.
After that, at 20:40, an email was blocked to the Editor of Scottish Journal of Political Economy about the missing part in the latest submission of PD10. This blocking is regardless of the fact that more than a month since the submission, the status of the paper is the same “Pending Editor Assignment” which aligns with the tactic of ICCG to hold submissions intentionally.
Even at 20:52, an email that Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent to herself was blocked.
On 02 May 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher inform the public that she withdraw the sabotage submission of PD10 in the Scottish Journal of Political Economy due to the lack of answer following the email via the journal system alongside blocking email to Editor via Mailfence mailbox of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. The emails were sent on 22 April 2022 and over 10 days until 02 May 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get a response from the journal.
