Submission Under Cyber-Harassment by ICCG
On 25 April 2022, ICCG runs Cyber-Harassment in the submission of PD8 to the Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, while after that ICCG tries to block the video proof. More specifically, during the submission, ICCG run cyber as usual, but in this case, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher tries to confirm the submission, then ICCG made a forced log-out without approving the submission. It was repeated again and again and only in the sixth attempt, Dr. Rozen-Bakher eventually was submitted her paper. However, it was not ended in that. When Dr. Rozen-Bakher uploaded the video proof to Google Drive, then ICCG blocked the sharing, while it also blocked the attempt to send it via Gmail-Google drive. Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher succeeded to share the video proof. This cyber-harassment is one of the psychological tactics of ICCG to irritate Dr. Rozen-Bakher and because of that, it should refer as a cyber-torture as Dr. Rozen-Bakher mentioned in her claim to ICC. Hence, instead of submission which should take 10 minutes, then it takes from 10:30 until 13:06 including dealing with the proofs to investigation authorities.
