Hostile Treat During Giving Complaint II to the National Counter-Terrorism Unit (NCTU) of Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária)

Highlights

On 9 January 2020, Complaint II was given to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) in Lisbon, as well as to the PM of Portugal via a delivery man of CTT. A copy was also sent to the National Director of Polícia Judiciária by a delivery man of CTT.

Complaint II was given under Hostile Treat by NCTU of Polícia Judiciária, as Follows

  • Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária Tried to get information about Complaint II in the Lobby of Polícia Judiciária where many people sit and wait instead of inviting to the offices as it should be when a citizen gives a complaint to Polícia Judiciária.

  • Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária Tried to convince at the Lobby to give complaint II about political persecution to the Portuguese Traffic Police instead of to Polícia Judiciária.

  • After getting inside the offices of Polícia Judiciária, Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária refused to get complaint II by yelling and even by threat that complaint II will be sent immediately to the archive without even looking at it.

  • Complaint II includes crucial FACTS about that Complaint I was closed under Suspicious Circumstances.

  • The Director of Polícia Judiciária ignored Complaint II and all the letters from Dr. Rozen-Bakher via CTT, Emails and Faxes.

  • Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER gets any Reply Email or a Confirmation Letter or Response Letter from any other Police Officer of Polícia Judiciária.

Hostile Treat by Portuguese Police when Complaint II was Given. First, a Portuguese police officer lady came out to the lobby of Portuguese police in Lisbon where Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son sat and waited for their queue. The police lady tried to send them to give their complaint about political persecution in another police station in Lisbon that cares for traffic, but Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son insisted that this is the right place to give their complaint. Second, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son get inside the police station to give their complaint, then the Portuguese police officers tried to refuse to get the complaint by yelling at Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son and even by threat them that the complaint will be sent immediately to the archive without even look on it.

Ignoring the Complaint by Portuguese Police and Portuguese Government. Despite the Letter from PM of Portugal following the complaint, any Portuguese authority NEVER approached Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son regarding the complaint nor assisted them during that hard time from 06/2017 until today. Worse than that, Portuguese authorities ignored any trying of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son to get help and assistance from Portuguese authorities. Even worse, the Portuguese Police and the Portuguese government even did not respond to any attempt of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to get information about the status of the complaint II to Portuguese police. No surprise that under this reality, ICCG committed any crime against Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son without any fear that Portuguese authorities will punish them for that.
