Highlights

On 10 January 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent to the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) via FedEx the copy of Complaint II to Portuguese Police (see below). However, The approval from FedEx for Providing the Package to the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) did not mention the name of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) or the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) as it should be. Instead, the name of the recipient in the approval of FedEx only mentioned ‘SXB FR’ (see below). Importantly, Dr. Rozen-Bakher Never got a confirmation letter/email nor a response letter/email from Mr. Raffaele Sabato, the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) regarding the copy of the complaint that was sent to him.
