Highlights
Amid the intentional cutting of Electricity and Gas by EDP on 11 September 2023 as part of Obstruction of Justice by ICCG, then Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher needed to work from libraries and coffee shops in Lisbon to make the appeal to a Portuguese court against EDP, as well as to progress with the complaint against ICCG, regardless of any type of online activity, such as studying the Portuguese language. Keep in mind, that under the cutting of the electricity by EDP, the internet router of NOS not working, as well as the landline and Fax.
On 14 September 2023 in the morning, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher arrived at Palácio das Galveias Library to carry out her online activity, but immediately after her arrival, ICCG Blocked her access to Duolingo, as presented in the Video Proof below. This blocking was done also two days ago in a coffee shop in Lisbon, while a day ago, in the same coffee shop, she succeeded to access to the Duolingo, likely ICCG had a problem to block this access.
The objective of the intentional cutting of Electricity and Gas by EDP is to sabotage the progress of the complaint against ICCG, as well as the normal life of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son, regardless of the attempt of EDP to TAKE MONEY in a way that violates the fixed term contract. In other words, at the end of the year under the calculation of all the months of the year including getting the social discount, Dr. Rozen-Bakher should pay less, but EDP and ICCG would like to TAKE THE MONEY NOW without the calculation at the end of the year, and because of that EDP tried to force the change of the contract from fixed-term to non-fixed term only in trying to TAKE THE MONEY NOW.
