On 05/2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher applied for Asylum in Portugal due to political persecution in Israel, and Portugal officially approved Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher as an Israeli-Jewish refugee in Portugal. Following the investigation by Portuguese authorities as part of the Aylum, a day after the investigation, on 7 June 2017, Portugal granted Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher urgently the Portuguese citizenship with the prospect to provide also urgently the Portuguese citizenship to her son, Daniel Bakher. Daniel Bakher was mentioned in the Asylum due to the cover-up crimes against the family in Israel when he was a child at the age of 12-18 years old, so eventually, on 03/2018, Portugal also granted him the Portuguese citizenship.

Application for Asylum – Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher 

On 19 May 2017, was given Proofs P1-P5 as part of the Application for the Asylum, while on 6 June 2017, was given Proofs P6-P62 when SEF conducted the investigation for the Asylum. A day after the Asylum, Portugal granted urgently the Portuguese citizenship to Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher including the prospect to give citizenship also to her son, Daniel Bakher that mentioned in the Asylum.

Background 

My name is Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher. I am a researcher in International Business, International  Management, Strategy and Political Sciences. I have a PhD in Public Policy and  Management, and an M.A in International Relations and Strategy. (Please see appendix Ap1  for more details regarding my professional background). 

First, I hereby declare that my statement below is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. However, I could declare about WHAT happened to me and even if needed, I am ready to pass a true test regarding my statement below. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the events,  it's difficult for me to give proofs regarding WHO done some of these actions, but I could say based on the available knowledge that these actions could be done by people who have the ability, the skills, the motives and the technology, which does not possess usually by regular people, but rather by governmental organizations. Even more importantly, all the actions that  I described below done to me in Israel, particularly in my house in Israel. Notably, during the last few years, I had the opportunities to visit several countries in Europe, and I didn't suffer from actions against me when I visited these countries. Therefore, from my understanding, the sources of the actions against me are located in Israel rather than abroad. Besides, Israel has the cyber knowledge and ability to carry out the sophisticated cyber-attacks the done against me as I described below. 

Second, I hereby declare that I have never done criminal acts in general, nor illegal actions against my nation, Israel. On the contrary, all my life, I do all my best to be a good citizen and to contribute to Israeli society. 

Third, I decided to apply for asylum in Portugal, after I tried to get help and protection from the authorities in Israel. Firstly, I gave a complaint to the Israeli police regarding some of the events that I describe below. However, the Israeli police decided to close the complaint after one day from the day that I gave the complaint, without even speak with me, nor investigate the complaint. The police closed the complaint on a basis that ″there is no public interest″ regarding my case. Nevertheless, even the Israeli police officer wondered how the complaint was closed without investigating the case. Secondly, before more than 7 months, after the actions against me didn't stop, I gave a formal request to the office of the General Attorney of  the Israeli government, Mr. Avichai Mandelblit, with the aim of getting his help to stop the actions against me (please see appendix Ap2). In Israel, the PM is responsible for the Shin Bet, so only the GA could help in such cases. Besides, today, the Head of the Israeli police,  Mr. Roni Alsheikh, served as the deputy of the Shin-Bet before his tenure at the police, so I didn't consider giving additional complainants to the Israeli police regarding the continuing actions against me, especially due to my experience with the previous complaint. In the light of the above, it's very pity and sad that 70 years after the holocaust, I need to ask an asylum as a Jewish woman from Portugal because the authorities in Israel do actions against people because of their political views. I believe that the Shin-Bet is the main responsible for the actions against me in Israel.  

Forth, based on the whole actions against me during the last few years, I could say that the actions focus on preventing me to relocate from Israel abroad. To fulfil this objective, they have interfered with my life in four main streams: career, house, money and attrition.  • Career – Interfering regarding the progress of my academic career with the aim of preventing me to relocate from Israel abroad. It's included interfering regarding my promotion or my wish to get an academic position abroad and even interfering regarding my publications. Israel has powerful networking around the globe and a lot of money too,  which give the ability to use this power for their actions. 

  • House - Interfering regarding my trying to sell my house in Israel because it will allow me to relocate permanently from Israel abroad. 

  • Money - Interfering regarding my financial assets. 

  • Attrition - Interfering regarding my ability to live my life normally by creating regular daily harassments. 

  • Based on my understanding, the authorities in Israel have tried to prevent my relocation  abroad because of the combination of three main reasons: 

    • My education and knowledge in security and intelligence. 

    • My political view against the occupation, the settlements and the Netanyahu's government.  Notably, despite my political view, I never used my position as a lecturer to speak against the government nor the PM in front of my students.  

    • My ability to write articles on Israel and to analyse the security and the foreign policy of  Israel.  

Notably, I never worked in one of the governmental organizations of Israel, so I have no confidential information nor obligation to any governmental organization in Israel. All my knowledge is based on open sources available to the public.  

In light of the above, there is no justifying nor legal reasons for the actions done against me during the last few years. I have presented below, some of the actions that are done against me during these years. Notably, I have presented below only a partial list of the events, but keep in mind that done against me much more actions, which are not included in the list below.  

Partial List of Events During the Last Few Years  

  • On the day, o4 January 2016, when scheduled for me a meeting at the Portuguese Embassy  in Israel, I got 5 nails in the tire of my car. When I started to drive from my house in Kiriat  Ata to Tel-Aviv, I didn't know about the 5 nails in my tire. When I arrived at Tel-Aviv, I  noticed that some of the air out of the tire, so I fill the air. I only realized about the 5 nails after I came back to my home and fixed the tire. Hence, I drove 200km on highway roads  (includes road 6) without knowing about this problem, which exposes me to huge danger if the tire was torn during my driving.  

  • During the last years, I had many cyber-attacks on my computers in my home in Israel (at least 10-15 cyber-attacks that include damages to the hardware and the software or both and dozens of "harassment" of cyber-attacks with the aim of preventing me access to websites or to complete the process online. Based on the overall cyber-attacks that have done against me, it seems that some people have put a lot of effort to delete my database,  interfere my research and create me high costs of fixing these damages.  

  • Sophisticated cyber-attacks - at least 3 of the cyber-attacks against me were created by people with a very sophisticated technology that usually has to governmental organizations. I had a simultaneous cyber-attack on two of my computers in my home in  Israel – one of them was connected to the internet and the second one was not connected to the internet. This cyber-attack happened when I was in my home and worked on my computers. Notably, due to the previous cyber-attacks, I didn't connect permanently the second computer to the internet with the aim of preventing cyber-attacks against this computer. However, despite that the second computer didn't connect to the internet, the attackers succeed to create total damage to the hardware and the software of both computers. One of the computers was a new one (I bought the computer one month earlier the attack). This attack cost me a lot of money to fix the damages and even to buy a third computer to allow me to continue with my working until the other computers will reappear. Even more importantly, I invited the Israeli national communication company,  Bezeq, with the aim of investigating this attack. Bezeq didn't find any equipment in my house that could explain this unique attack. However, according to one of their technical expertise that investigates this attack, the attackers could only have done this cyber-attack with a suitcase that worth a half a million dollars. Based on their investigation, the attackers probably sat in the street near my house when they made this cyber-attack.  Moreover, I had additional cyber-attack on my computer that was not connected to the internet. In this attack, they damage the software includes deleting all the licenses of my software on my computer. However, it seems that the most sophisticated cyber-attack was done with the aim of deleting part of a file. They succeed to delete only part of the file, but the size of the file remains the same, so I didn't notice to this damage until that one day I  opened the file and noticed for the damage of the file.  

  • "Visiting" in my house in Israel - I never had a problem of thefts in my house in Kiriat Ata, but rather a problem of "visiting". In many cases, I had "visiting" at my house when I was not in my home. In one case of the "visiting", they open the doors with some oil. In other cases, they get inside through the security window (it's not simple for a regular person). In one of the "visiting", I found an activity on my computer when I was at work.  

  • I quit my job due to interfering with my promotion – I worked for 9 years in one of the academic institutions in Israel. I was participating as a candidate for the election of the  Head of Department. One week before the election, when it was definitely that I am going to win this election and to become the Head of Department, the management decided to cancel my ability to participate in the election with a "new rule" that was not exist before in any of the elections for the head of departments in this institution. (Please see appendix  Ap3). I appealed to the management against this decision, and one day before the election,  they decided to allow me to participate in the election, but only after they succeeded to change the nature of the vote. After the undemocratic election and the interfering during the final election, I decided to quit my job and to start looking for a new academic abroad. However, the interfering regarding my academic career didn't stop after I quit, on the opposite, it's getting worse because of my wish to relocate from Israel to one of the countries in Europe. 

  • On the day that I had one of the academic conferences in Israel, they smash the front window of my car and they probably put something in the engine of my car. Its seems that they tried to prevent me to participate in this conference. It's cost me a lot of money to repair this damage to my car. 

  • They put me a door key under the tire of my car when I parked my car in the parking of my house in Israel, and when I drove out of the parking, the tier damages. 

  • In one case, when I tried to submit a paper to a journal, in the middle of the submitting process, I had a cyber-attack that damage the hardware of the computer.

  • In dozens of cases, I had a "harassment" of cyber-attacks with the aim of preventing me to submit papers to journals or submit papers to conferences or when I tried to apply for academic positions abroad. It seems that in these attacks, they tried to prevent me to find a  position or to make progress regarding my career. 

  • In one case, one of the papers that I submitted to a journal "disappear" from the system of the journal. It's created a lot of turbulence during the review process, and because of that, I  even got a decision without an ID number of the manuscript. 

  • At least in two cases, some people take out the communication cables in my street near my house, probably to prevent me to use the internet. Notably, these cables are located under the road, so needed special equipment to carry out this "attack". Due to these "attack", in one case, I left one week without internet until "Bezeq" repaired this damage. 

  • I open a bank account in Zurich, Switzerland due to my wish to sell my house and to relocate to Europe. After the approval of the bank account, the bank officer sent me the documents to my home in Israel. However, after 2 months, I didn't get the envelope, so I  asked the officer to send me again (Please see appendix Ap4). Finally, after 3 months from the opening of the bank account, I got these documents to my home in Israel.

  • In many cases, I had a "harassment" of cyber-interfering regarding my club cards of stores in Israel. In these cases, they changed my name to "Zoya" (in Hebrew זויה )instead of  "Ziva" (in Hebrew זיוה ). Because of these changes, I lost many times my club points, which worth money. They have done it all the time, so I lose in total a lot of money.  Notably, even when the store changed my name to the correct name when I came back later, it again changed to "Zoya". These cases are examples of attrition regarding daily life.  At some point, I give up on getting my points of the club cards because in each time I was needed to spend a lot of time in trying to fix the mistake, so I give up. 

  • "Disappearing" of pension money – in one case, I have pension money that I decided to take out. When I first asked for the information, the representative of the pension firm said to me that I have money and I even get a document regarding my money (Please see appendix Ap5). When I tried to take out the money, suddenly the money "disappear" from the system of the firm. I tried to get an answer how the money suddenly "disappear", but I  didn't get a clear answer regarding my question, so I give up on this money. This is another example of attrition.  

  • I would like to sell my house in Israel. First, the number of my phone was changed to the wrong number, so I didn't get any calls until I notice this problem. In other cases, I blocked to reach overseas property websites. In one case, I had a problem to create an account on an overseas property website. 

  • Problems with emails – during the last few years, some emails that I sent, didn't reach their destinations. In some cases, I got a ″strange″ incoming reply emails, which notified me that there is a problem with the address of the email, despite that the email address is active.  

  • Problems with incoming calls and outcoming calls - during the last few years, I suffered from many problems regarding my ability to answer for incoming calls or to make calls to some numbers.  

Notably, I have presented only a partial list of the events, but keep in mind that there are many other actions, both serious and minor, which are not included in the list above.

On Oct 1, 2016,  before more than 7 months, after the actions against me didn't stop, I gave a  formal request (number of request – 54220) to the office of the General  Attorney of the Israeli government with the aim of getting his help to stop the actions against me.

I  worked for many years in one of the academic institutions in Israel. I was participating as a candidate for the election of the Head of Department. Interfering regarding selling my house in Israel. An email that confirms the problem to get a post regarding my wish to sell my house in Israel. I open a  bank account in Zurich, Switzerland due to my wish to sell my house in  Israel and to relocate to Europe. After the approval of the bank account, the bank officer sent me the documents to my home in Israel. However, after 2  months, I didn't get the envelope, so I asked the officer to send me the envelope again.

Creating financial damages and 'disappearing' information from computing systems. "Disappearing" of pension money from the system of the firm,  despite that I have a document regarding this money. When I asked for the information, the representative of the pension firm said to me that I have money and even I got a document regarding this money. However, when I  tried to take out the money, suddenly the money "disappear" from the computing system of the firm. Notably, I also got a formal document from the Israeli Tax Office regarding this money.

Destroying evidence regarding trying to hurt my life. According to a  conversation on 29 May 2017, with the representative of Road 6, the two driving on 04 January 2016, "disappear" from the computing system of Road  6, despite that I have an invoice that confirms these driving. On 04 January  2016, when scheduled a meeting at the Portuguese Embassy in Israel with  Mr. Yehonatan Kaplan to give my application for Portuguese citizenship, I  got 5 nails in the tire of my car. I drove 200km on highway roads (includes road 6) without knowing about this problem, which exposes me to huge danger if the tire was torn during my driving. They put five nails on the tire in the way that I can drive to the embassy, but on the assumption that during the driving on the highway, it will cause the tire to tear, which is highly likely will end in a situation that I will hurt and even kill. They could have punctured the tire before I started my driving to the Embassy, but they did not do it. They wanted me to hurt during this driving. This driving  "disappear" from the computing system of Road 6 because it could confirm they are trying to hurt me. Even more importantly, Road 6 made photos of the cars during the driving on the road because it's a payment road, so probably they tried to destroy the evidence of these photos because it's could confirm the damage that they create to the tire, and as a result, will confirm their intention to hurt my life. Therefore, I asked from Road 6 to try to find photos of my cars from this driving with the aim to get approval for their trying to hurt my life.

Inability to get help in Israel. I gave a formal complaint to the Israeli Police regarding some of the actions that do to me. This complain includes actions  such as sophisticated cyber-attack on two computers that one of them was not connected to the internet, 'visiting' in my home, damages to my car and  more. However, the Israeli police decided to close the complain one day after I gave this complaint, without even speak with me, nor investigate this complaint. The police closed the complaint on a basis that ″there is no public  interest″ regarding my case. Nevertheless, when I gave the additional complain, even the Israeli police officer wondered how the first complaint was closed without investigating the case. I sent a formal request to the  Israeli Police to get a copy of the letter regarding the closing complains. I got an answer from the Israeli Police that they forward my request to the person that deals with this issue.

Interfering regarding my career. An example of "harassment" of cyber-attack with the aim of interfering the submission of one of my research paper to one of the journals. Despite that, I got an approval file, I won't be able to complete the submission because of this "harassment" of cyber-attack. Due to this "harassment" of cyber-attack, I won't be able to submit the research paper to this journal.

Ap14, Ap16, Ap17, Ap18, Ap19, Ap20, Ap48

Interfering regarding my career. 'Blocking' some of my emails regarding the publication of my research papers with the aim of interfering the progress of my career. In some cases, I had to withdraw my research papers after I  submitted the papers to the journals because I won't be able to communicate with the journals. In these cases, I didn't get an answer to my emails, despite that the emails of the journals are active emails. In these cases, I even tried to get help from the customer services of the publishers, but it won't help. It seems that these emails were 'blocked'. In some of these cases, I even got a  reply email that the address of the email does not exist or the email failed due to 'technical problem', despite that there is no problem with the address of the email. For example, when I sent a confirmation regarding my approval to review a paper, I didn't get a replay email that there is a problem with this email. On the contrary, I got an email that the journal gets my email regarding my review, which confirms that this address email is active. I even got sometimes 'strange reply' - 'THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU  DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE', probably with the aim of preventing me to try to send additional emails to this email address.

Attrition and creating financial damages. Interfering regarding my ability to live my life normally by creating regular daily harassments along with increasing my costs. An example of such "harassment" of cyber-attack, when  I tried to pay online. In such cases, they interfered in the middle of the payment process, which won't allow me to end the process, despite that I  have no problem with my credit cards. Even more importantly, they particularly tried to interfere 'cheap' transaction with the aim of increasing my costs. If I tried, for example, to make a reservation for a cheap flight,  they 'blocked' my ability to complete the reservation, which forces me sometimes to make a reservation in a higher price. For example, I tried to make a reservation for a flight from Lisbon to Tel-Aviv. First, I tried to make  a reservation with Air Europe with a connection in Madrid, but the process of the reservation 'interferes', so I got a temporary reservation rather than a  regular reservation. I didn't success to reach Air Europe by phone, so I tried to find another flight. I found a cheap flight with Czech airlines, but my access to the reservation 'blocked' (The technical assistant in the VIP  Executive Arts Hotel in Lisbon tried to assist me without success). However,  when I tried to make a reservation with El-Al at a higher price, I complete the process online without any problem. Due to this interfering, I forced to flight with El-Al at a higher price.

Attrition. In many cases, I suffered from "attack" of SMS, without the ability to "block" these attacks.

Attrition and interfering my career. 'Blocking' my ability to make outcoming calls to some phone numbers, particularly regarding selling my house and my career. I also had a problem regarding incoming calls. For several months, without my knowledge, I won't be able to get incoming calls from abroad because of a 'mystery' reason - a problem with my credit card despite that during all these months I paid for the using of the mobile. I am looking for a position abroad, so probably, during these months, people tried to reach me regarding my career without success. It's an example of how they sabotage my ability to find a position abroad.

Interfering regarding my career. An example of "harassment" of cyber attack, when I tried to apply for an academic position. Due to this  "harassment" of cyber-attack, my application didn't receive.

Sophisticated cyber-attack. Deleting only part of an outlook archive file with the aim of deleting two sensitive emails. Despite that they deleted these emails from the file, I have hard copies of the important email that I sent to the president of Haifa University. In these two emails, I reported on high probability of forgery of an important document to two senior persons in the  University of Haifa – the former president of Haifa University, Prof. Aaron  Ben-Ze'ev and Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor, the Former Head of the National  Security Council (NSC) of Israel and the Head of the National Security  Studies Program at the University of Haifa. At the University of Haifa, I did my B.A, M.A and Ph.D. and I also participated in report writing on the  Political Science School for the Council for Higher Education of Israel. On  Friday 15 December 2010, 14:00 PM, when I realized that there is a high probability for forgery regarding an important document, I sent immediately an email to the president of Haifa University, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev. This email was deleted from the file. Despite that they deleted this email from the  file, I have hard copies of this email. Additionally, they also deleted the email that I sent to Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor regards this issue. I was a student of Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor for many years, so I tried to get his advice regarding this problem. Moreover, I didn't notice to the damage of the file until that one day I opened the file and noticed for the damage of the file.  When I realized about this damage, I reported immediately about this incident to Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor. Notably, many senior security officers in  Israel includes from the Shin-Bet, done their B.A and M.A studies in Haifa  University, particularly at the National Security Studies Program. Hence,  there is a lot of networking between academia at Haifa University and the  Security Elite in Israel. For example, the former head of the Shin-Bet, Mr.  Yoram Cohen, received his BA and MA in political science from the Haifa University and he is also a graduate of the National Defense College. Mr.  Yoram Cohen is also a member of the Israeli friends of the University of  Haifa. Mr. Yoram Cohen served as the Head of the Shin-Bet during 2011- 2016.

A serious incident – On 29 July 2011, occurred a serious fire near my house  (Report Case Number 98428). I gave a formal request to get this report from  Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority). There is an option that this incident is not a random fire, but with the intention to destroy some of the documents in my home, particularly due to the previous actions that done against me during this year, which were failed to achieve both the destroying of these documents nor hurt me. On summer 2011, at the midday, when I was in my working, lecturing to my students in the summer course, the fire started. It was a very serious fire. Our street closed and most of the houses in our street got instructions to leave the houses. Even firefighter's planes participated in the extinguishing of the fire. My single son was along in our house. His room is in the back of our house near the grove. The heart of the fire was only a few meters from the backyard of my house and the room of my son.  My son then was only 12 years old. He played on the computer with headphones on his ears, so he didn't hear the fire nor the calling to leave the house. I was lectured at this time, so I didn't know about the fire. In the middle of my lecturing, young girl, one of my nearest neighbours called me by phone and updated me about the fire. We have in a closeness relation with her, and she worried that my son didn't hear the instructions to leave the house. I instructed her to take him out of the house immediately. When I  came back to my home, it still took some hours until the firefighters succeed to control the fire. Notably, some of the actions against me could be done informally by some people of the Shin-Bet that had the ability to carry out these actions. There is another option that was two paths of actions: formally and informally, but both paths done by people with the ability to carry out actions that usually didn't have to regular people. Nevertheless, there is an option that the fire was randomly near my house, and this incident of the fire could be not related to the other actions that done against me by the Shin Bet, formally or informally.

A serious incident with the high probability of intent to hurt my life. Three months after I reported on the suspicion of forgery about the document to the president of Haifa University, started a serious incident with the high probability of intent to hurt my life. I have a background of allergic problem to the grass in the garden and dust mites. Usually, I live all my life with this allergic problem without any serious implications. I have no health problems, except this allergic problem. This allergic problem even shows in my medical records. Probably, the people that planed this incident, known about my allergy problem. On February 2011, I got a symptom of allergic on my face, but the symptom was different compared to my allergy problem that usually shows on all the body and not only on the face. It's started with the eyes and spread to all the face. I assumed that it will over naturally. After two months, that it becomes worse, I decided to go to my family doctor, Dr.  Amnon Udi (Clalit Health Services, Branch Givat Ram-Tal, Kiryat Ata,  +97248432400) to get help regarding this problem. For three months,  between April to July 2011, I got allergic medicine that contains steroids. It's strong medicine with many side effects. Usually, when I get my allergy problem due to grass or dust mites, it's over quickly without the need for a  strong medicine with steroids. However, in this case, despite that I took the medicine for three months, the symptoms didn't over and even get worse. On  June 2011, my family doctor decided that I need to see an allergic doctor resolve the problem. On July 2011, after I waited one month for my appointment, I met the allergic doctor, Dr. Brigitte Marcel Medina (Clalit  Health Services, Branch Lev Hakirya, Kiryat Ata, +97248430707). The allergic doctor immediately understood that it's not an allergic symptom, and she assumed that I put some materials on my head that create these symptoms. The doctor instructed me to stop using all the materials that I put on my head, includes face creams, shampoo and such. Three days after I  stopped to put my 'head materials' all the symptom over without needing to use any medicine. However, here the BIG story of this incident. First, I used my 'head materials' for many years before the incident without any symptoms. Second, my 'head materials' includes many types of materials such as eye cream, face cream, shampoo and hair conditioner, so it's unlikely that suddenly I become allergic to all of them. Even more importantly, after the problem over and I threw away all the 'head materials' that were in my home, I bought aftermath the same 'head materials' and I didn't get any symptom to any of these 'head materials'. Until today, I am using some of these 'head materials'. And here the 'dark side' of this incident. Usually, when  I worked full-time, I take help regarding the cleaning of the house. For many years, includes the 'problem period', I worked with the same firm (Ap37) that sent me each week housekeeping to clean my house. In one case, during the  'problem period', I saw one of the housekeeping go up to my bedroom on the upper floor with a bottle of nail polish in the middle of the cleaning. It seems to me very strange that in the middle of cleaning, she thinks to put nail polish. In the second case, I saw her with a bottle of nail polish touching my face creams that were in the chest of drawers. At that moment, I thought that she tried to steal my serum for the face and to put it in her bottle of the nail polish. In that time, I didn't imagine that she probably puts some material in my 'head materials' that made the symptoms like an allergic in my head.  When I find out that she tried to stall the serum (that what I thought then), I  reported about it to the lady that runs the cleaning firm and I fired her. Based on the whole incident, it seems that some people tried to hurt my life and even killed me in a biological way. It seems that they planned this action against me, based on a preliminary knowledge that I have an allergic problem with the aim that it will show as an "allergic problem" to cover they are trying to hurt my life. One month after the ending of this incidence, the fire happened, so if we look on the sequence of events, the fire may be not a random, but rather with the intention to make damage to my house and even may to hurt my son. Notably, I tried to log in to my medical records with the aim of giving these records, but I "blocked", so I gave formal requests to get the medical records of this "allergic problem". The trying to cover up and destroying their actions has continued, includes interfering my ability to bring some of the proofs.

A serious incident. On 15 August 2013, during the summer school vacation,  when my son was 14 years old, he suddenly has become dehydrated with a  high fever and convulsions, which risk his life due to a rapid deterioration of his health condition. It's started at 19:00 in the evening and in the middle of the night, his life was in a critical condition. An injection that he got in the middle of the night saved his life, according to the doctor that came to our home on 16 August 2013 around 03:00 AM. Aftermath, on 16 August 2013  in the morning, he was hospitalized in the Carmel Hospital in Haifa and got  Infusions that stabilize him, but it took several months until his body recovered from this trauma. Health problems could happen, but in this case,  there is a big doubt if it happened naturally. On 15 August 2013, all this day,  he sat in his room with air-conditioning and played online computer games with his friends, trough the Skype. He didn't do any physical activity nor expose himself to the heat of the summer outside. He only sat in his room with air-conditioning, played computer games and ate and drunk, which makes it difficult to understand how his body suddenly become dehydrated with a rapid deterioration that risk his life. I had a lot of doubts if I should include this incident because it's difficult to explain why it was happening to him and how it was happening. However, I decided to include this incident because of 'one red alarm'. During this day, I smelled a different smell from the air conditioner. The air-conditioning of his room is in the backyard, so it  has easier access for handling. Besides, I would like to give additional peace of information. On 13 August 2013, I got a tourist visa to the USA for 10  years. One month before, I made a request to the USA embassy in Tel-Aviv to get this visa, and during this period and until I got it and beyond, I  suffered from many operations against me such as, "visiting" in my home,  putting a key under the tire of my car, "activities" in my computers and more. I got the Visa from the embassy of USA in Israel on 13 August, and on 15 August the incident happened to my son. Notably, I never had the opportunity to visit in the USA. I requested this visa to allow me the option to participate in academic conferences in the USA. Therefore, if we look at the "big picture" of all the incidents, it seems that the authorities in Israel decided that at any cost they will prevent the option that I will leave Israel.  Nevertheless, until today, I don't know if this incident was happening intentionally, but at the same time, it's difficult to understand how suddenly my son becomes dehydrated. In the general context of all the incidents that happened during the last years, I thought that it's important that I will tell about this incident too, despite the lack of clarity if it was happening intentionally and how it was carried out.

Cyber-attacks. During the last years, I had many cyber-attacks on my computers in my home in Israel. I had at least 10-15 cyber-attacks that include damages to the hardware and the software or both. I always paid significant amounts with credit cards, so I gave formal requests to the credit card firms - Visa Card and Leumi Card – to provide me with the transactions that I have done with their credit cards since 2011 with the aim of showing my costs regarding the repairing of my computers or buying new hardware such as, hard discs. These transactions will also show the payment for the  Israeli national telecommunication "Bezeq" that made investigation include checking my home and my car to understand how the sophisticated cyber attack carried out on my computer that didn't connect to the internet. I also gave a formal request to Microsoft in Israel regarding the repairing of the software of my computer after the sophisticated cyber-attack on both computers.

Interfering regarding my career by 'harassment' of cyber-attack. For example, I submitted a research paper to a journal and the paper "disappear"  from the system. Because of this "disappearing", I had no ID manuscript during the review process and even when I got the decision. The  "disappearing" of the paper from the system of the journal creates a lot of turbulence during the review process. 

A list of Formal Requests to Institutions in Israel to get Proofs

Since I applied for Asylum in Portugal on 19 May 2017, I got two weeks from SEF until the meeting on 05 May 2017 to do all my best to provide the proofs regarding my statement for the request of Asylum. Since then, I do all my best to bring the proofs that I know that exist with the aim of providing these proofs to SEF. However, during this period, I "blocked" many times to prevent me to provide these proofs. Therefore, beyond the proofs that I  succeed to provide, I also include appendixes of formal requests to various institutions in Israel to get additional proofs, such as closing complain by the  Israeli police, additional medical records, transaction of credit cards to show costs and more. Therefore, please see below the list of formal requests to institutions in Israel that I am supposed to get from them additional proofs. I  will forward immediately to SEF each of the proofs when I will get them from these institutions. Nevertheless, due to the intentional interference and  "blocking" my ability to provide some of the important proofs, I decided to send a formal request to Mr. Yosef Shapira, the State Comptroller of Israel,  with the aim of getting his help to get these important proofs from the institutions in Israel. I believe that it will help to bypass the trying of  "blocking" me to get these important proofs.

A request to 'Road 6' to get the pictures of my car during my driving on Road 6 on  04 January 2016 due to the 5 nails that I got in my tire, which expose me to a huge danger during my driving to the Embassy of Portugal in Tel-Aviv.

A request to the Israeli police to get the letter of the closing complains by the Israeli police. This complaint regarding cyber-attacks, damage to my car and more was closed one day after I gave this complaint. Notably, I also gave two days later additional complaint due to "harassment" on some websites on the internet.
