On 16 December 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a complaint to Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) about Zilveren Kruis operations by ICCG. A copy of the Complaint to ACM was also sent to Dutch Government, Dutch House of Representatives, and relevant Dutch Parliament Committees. No one responded to any of the complaints to ACM below. No ACM. No single minister from Rutte III and Rutte IV. Even no single MP from the Dutch House of Representatives.
