2.4.9 ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, Q1/2015-Q1/2019

Important notes:

• Due to the numerous proofs that exist related to this operation, then this section below presents only the most important proofs, while any additional proofs will be provided to investigation authorities and courts upon request.

• The pick of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ occurred in England, so any manipulation or blocking of emails, phone calls and what’s up occurred via UK providers.

As part of the manoeuvre to prevent Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher to leave permanently Israel, then the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ conducted ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ in order to sabotage the sale of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s house in Israel. This operation was conducted from 2015 until 2019 when the house was eventually sold at a very low price due to massive sabotage activities. However, the pick of this operation occurred in England during the period of 05/2018 until 01/2019 when the house was sold, as described below.

The main characterises and price of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s house in Israel:

The house included 3 floors with 6 rooms over the first and the second floors (176m2). The ground floor included expansion for an additional 3 rooms over 80m2 (exist roof, external walls and hard floor, still needed infrastructure and internal walls). The house included a garden (200m2-front yard, backyard and side yard). The house included two private parking and an option for an elevator. The price included full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer (Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher paid the fee instead). 

During the last years, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher got several offers through real estate brokers, such as the offers in 1.9 million ILS and 1.85 million ILS. These prices were not included full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer. These prices didn’t also take into account the value of the expansion of the house for an additional 3 rooms.

Due to the aggressive ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, the house eventually sold in 1.31 million ILS (includes full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer). Hence, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher left Israel with only 2 big suitcases and 2 small suitcases, while all the furniture or any house items or any personal items left beyond. 

The main objectives of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’:

The main objective of this operation was to prevent the sale of the house in general and at the market price, in particular, through manipulation activities in order to sell the house to one of the members of the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ or to someone that has networking with the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ to create a ‘sting deal’ or takeover on the asset through irregular sale lien or wrongdoing sale process.

To bypass the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ and previous trying to conduct ill deals by the networking of ‘Israeli cover-up group’, then Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher advertised the house for sale with strict rules in order to avoid buyers of the ‘Israeli cover-up group’, ‘sting deals’ or buyers that will try to manipulate with irregular sale lien or wrongdoing sale process. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher worked with a reliable real estate broker that took care of the deal. Eventually, a reliable buyer was found, still, the price was very low because of the activities of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ that is described below.  

The ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ included the following main activities:

• Blocking phone calls from buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

• Blocking emails from buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

• Blocking phone calls from Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

• Blocking emails from Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

• Massive Blocking of emails about the advertisement of the house for sale, especially to foreign buyers

• Preventing the sale of the house to foreign buyers or even to Israeli Arabic buyers through nationalizing of the house. That’s done on 26.02.2018 around the days when Daniel Bakher renounced his Israeli citizenship. Israel nationalized the house in 02/2018, despite that Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was the owner of the house since 1996 without this limitation. (AG49)

• Blocking Facebook account immediately after Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher published on her Facebook wall the pictures of the house. The Blocking of Facebook was done on 07/2017 only two hours since the opening of the account. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher gave a formal appeal to Facebook via online appeal about the unjustified Blocking and she even sent an email to the media of Facebook, but until today, she didn’t get any response. On 07/2018, a year after that, the Facebook account was still blocked (AG56) without getting any response from Facebook regarding the appeal.

• Suspensions of mailboxes because of the trying to send emails about the sale of the house, such as the Blocking of the mailbox of Gmail (AG60) in 12/2017 soon after the Asylum or the Blocking of the mailbox of SAPO  (AG58) (Portuguese mailbox) in 08/2018 when Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher already moved with her son to England. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher reported about the suspension to SAPO in Lisbon, Portugal (AG59), and they didn’t see any reasons for the suspension like the previous cases of the suspension of SAPO. These Blockings of mailboxes were occurred several times during the last two years without any justified reason, highly likely via cyber-operation. When the suspension of the mailbox occurred, then Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was no ability to get emails or to send emails for several days. In one case of SAPO, the mailbox was suspended for two weeks.

• Blocking of opening new mailboxes when an existing mailbox was Blocked. When an existing mailbox suspended, then even trying to open a new mailbox was blocked via the process opening or immediately after that.

• Blocking YAD 2 online advertisement of the house via Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s computer, so she bypassed it via a computer in the city library of Kiriat-Ata. This bypass may explain after that the manipulation via YAD 2 by determining Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher as a ‘real estate broker’ instead of a private person.

• Blocking the ability to add specific people to the What’s Up account like a real estate broker in Portugal to prevent free phone calls with him.

• Sabotage advertisement of the house in Israel via cyber or inside-cooperator

• Trying to buy the house via ‘sting deal’.

• Trying to take over on Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s asset via irregular sale lien.

• Trying to conduct ill deal through irregular sale legal process.

• Trying to conduct deals via fake buyers that gave offers without even seeing the house. Even a rabbi gave such an offer. Highly likely that the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ tried to buy the house through a ‘third hand’.

• Trying to buy the house at a half-price by ‘security/IDF officer (e.g. IDF officer gave an offer in 1.2 million ILS). At some point, the ‘networking conspiracy’ has started to give offers around 0.9-1.0 million ILS that is lower than the price of an apartment with 3 rooms in a very low-quality neighbourhood in Kiriat-Ata. The house eventually sold in 1.31 million ILS that is lower than a price for an apartment with 4 rooms. 

• When a serious buyer arrived to see the house, then after that, aggressive networking tried to convince the buyer not to buy the house by intimidating the buyer with 'fabricated stories' alongside by offering the buyer a ‘better’ deal. This aggressive tactic led to a situation that only low price of the house allowed to bypass the aggressive networking that operated in a conspiracy mode to prevent the sale of the house.     

In light of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher eventually sold the house in Israel at a very low price compared to the value of the house, at 1.31 million ILS. 

2.4.12 ‘Blocking Social Networking Operation: Facebook, Twitter and Dating’, 05/2017-Current

This operation highlights the reality of holding Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher as a political prisoner in England and Israel. Democratic regimes shouldn’t CUT social networking to ‘silence’ academic expertise because they criticise the policy of a government or due to the trying to hide crimes conducted by official officers. The CUTTING of Facebook in Israel and Twitter in England of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher both were done to ‘silence’ her and to hide her case from the public.

After the Asylum, when Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher entered Israel as a Portuguese citizen to take her son to Portugal, then she opened a Facebook account in Israel as a Portuguese citizen with MEO mobile.

However, on 07/2017 only two hours since the opening of the Facebook account, and 10 minutes after she published on her Facebook’s wall that her house for sale in Israel with pictures of the house, then the account was immediately Blocked without any justified reasons. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher gave a formal appeal to Facebook via online appeal about the unjustified Blocking and she even sent an email to the media of Facebook, but until today, she didn’t get any response. On 07/2018, a year after that, the Facebook account was still blocked (AG56) without getting any response from Facebook regarding the appeal. Highly likely that it’s done by cyber-warfare because she never got any response from Facebook regarding her formal appeal to Facebook about the Blocking nor response to her emails about it.

However, the Blocking of Twitter in England was a different story. Since the arrival in England until 23.07.2019, then the Twitter accounts in England were operated under a mode of Political Prisoner namely, not everyone can follow the Twitter of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher, but only those who approved by the ‘Israeli cover-up group’. Nevertheless, since 23.07.2019, Twitter totally CUT by cyber-warfare, which indicates that UK FORMAL channels approved the ‘silence’ of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher on Twitter.

Highly likely that a UK ‘high-rank’ authority approved the CUT of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s Twitter via cyber-warfare because of three reasons: Firstly, the Twitter CUT on 23.07.2019, on the same evening when Mr Boris Johnson has become the PM of UK, so likely ‘someone’ in the government approved it, formally or informally. Secondly, the blocking may relate to her criticism that the policy of the PM of Israel regarding the withdraws from the nuclear deal with Iran will undermine Israeli security, rather than strengthen it. Thirdly, the blocking may also relate to her expert opinion that Brexit will lead to the collapse of the union alongside ‘flight capital’, which will undermine the global position of England. Notably, under May’s government, before the CUT of Twitter on 23/07/2019, there were tremendously trying to silence Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher on Twitter by giving intentionally bullying replay comments to her Tweets on Brexit. That's done in a mode of organizing bullying attacks via replay comments by several people at once in order to intimidate her. The bullying didn’t deal with Brexit per se but aimed to create psychological intimidation through insults and rude comments. It was clear that it was an organize bullying by Brexiters. This kind of bullying method also occurred regarding comments on Israel by right-wing people of Israel. However, when this bullying method didn’t silence Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher on Twitter, then they moved to the plan of a full political prisoner by cutting Twitter via cyber-warfare. 

However, the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ hasn’t only CUT Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s Facebook and Twitter but also her membership in a dating website that was Blocked as part of the objective to hold Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher as a political prisoner in England. Immediately, after the internet of Sky started to operate in the apartment, then started manipulation with a dating website that Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was a member of its site. Sometimes, the website was totally Blocked, while in other cases it runs under cyber, and it was clear that is Blocked in order to prevent normally using the website. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher sent many messages to the dating site about the problem, but she didn’t get any response, highly likely also the messages were blocked – ‘perfect political prisoner’.

It is worth mentioning an incident that occurred in 08/2011 shortly after the fire that also related to ‘controlling-dating’ and for the case in general. During this period, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was a member in JDate (Jewish dating website), so in 08/2011, she got an invitation for a date from a Jew German born-American Professor from the USA that came to the Technion for a research visit. She accepted his invitation to a dinner at Haifa. However, before the meeting, she found out by herself that his real name wasn’t Zaav (Hebrew name), but a German name. He admitted that he used a fabricated name because of the dating website, and Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher accepted his apology and met him for the planned dinner. Though, after the dinner, during the night, ‘someone’ took off the telecommunication cables that lie below the road near the house of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher. These telecommunication cables activate the landlines and the internet. More specifically, ‘someone’ opens the telecommunication cables infrastructure below the road and took off the telecommunication cable from the point of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’ house through 50-100 meters. The street includes only private houses, so it influenced only several houses at only one side of the street. Due to this incident, the internet and landline of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher were cut for a week until new cables installed below the road. Therefore, the German American professor has a problem to contact her. He sent her emails without getting a response because of the cutting of the cable. It may be trying to ‘control’ the dating of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher by preventing dating with men that didn’t relate to the ‘Israeli cover-up group’.

In light of the above, If someone isn't allowed to work, to register, to communicate with others on social networking, to date with matches, to get posts or send posts, to get or send emails, phone calls, faxes and SMSs, however, if the person is innocent, then the person is held as a political prisoner via ‘virtual prison’ and non-virtual acts (see 2.4.24). That’s done to Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher in England without a trial or without an order from a court, but by a FORMAL ABUSE OF POWER via UK FORMAL CHANNELS, only to protect high-rank Israeli criminals because they are close friends of UK high-rank authorities.
