Highlights
DHL Netherlands Intentionally did not provide Two different packages to Dr. Rozen-Bakher, as follows:
First Package - DHL Netherlands returned the package to Bol.com without any reason, while Bol.com demanded payment for the item without acknowledging that the package was returned from DHL nor handling sending again the package. Only after When Dr. Rozen-Bakher reported about it to Bol.com, then DHL Netherlands delivered the package, yet DHL left the package at the entry of the building, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home and despite that DHL should bring the package to the 'Door Step'. The package was left at the entry of the building by DHL for over more than 24 hours without acknowledging about it, so it becomes a 'suspected package' because ICCG could 'manipulate' this package. No explanation was given why DHL-NL returned the package to Bol.com in the first place nor why DHL-NL left the package at the entry of the building.
Second Package - Due to the refusal of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to take a 'suspected package' (First Package), then Bol.com cancelled the payment for the First Package, yet Bol.com sent another package (Second package) via DHL Netherlands, despite that all previous orders of this item (HP ink) were delivered before by Post-NL and not by DHL Netherlands. Besides, following the incident with the First Package, then Dr. Rozen-Bakher asked Bol.com not to send her packages via DHL. Despite this request and despite that this item was sent several times by Post-NL, Bol.Com sent the Second Package via DHL-NL, but again DHL-NL did not deliver the package to the apartment of Dr. Rozen-Baskher as it should be (Door Step), despite that she was at home. In this case, DHL-NL intentionally delivered the package to one of the neighbours, despite that Rozen-Baskher was at home. Due to the intentional undelivery package by DHL-NL to Dr. Rozen-Bakher's apartment, then Dr. Rozen-Baskher informed Bol.com that she is not going to take this ‘suspected package’ nor pay for it. Due to DHL-NL operation, Dr. Rozen-Bakher also informed Bol.com that she is not going to order any additional new orders from Bol.com. That’s because of the concern of suspected conspirators in Bol.com that will intentionally arrange again delivery via DHL-NL.
