Highlights

  • On 19 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher ordered a landline from Ziggo for Calls and Fax, and on 23 November 2021, the landline was activated.

  • Any landline of a Dutch Provider including landlines of Ziggo should be included by default in the Telephone Directory of Netherlands (Mijnnummervermelding.nl), but in the case of the landline of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, the landline was not included in the Telephone Directory of Netherlands due to the setting of ‘Secret Landline’ by ICCG as part of their operation to block incoming calls and incoming Faxes.

  • On 24 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried several times to change the status from ‘Secret Landline’ to ‘Visible Landline’, but ICCG blocked it by blocking the incoming calls from Mijnnummervermelding.nl, which needed to change the preferences on the Telephone Directory of Netherlands, such as the blocking incoming calls from Mijnnummervermelding.nl on 24 November 2021 at around 13:13 Amsterdam time.

  • On 24 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a complaint to Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) about Ziggo Operation. A copy of the Complaint to ACM was also sent to the Dutch Government of Rutte III via two mailboxes of Dr. Rozen-Baker. However, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got any response from ACM nor from any other Dutch authorities regarding this complaint.

  • From 24 November until 29 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried several times to change the status from ‘Secret Landline’ to ‘Visible Landline’, but ICCG continued to block the incoming calls from Mijnnummervermelding.nl, such as the blocking incoming call from Mijnnummervermelding.nl on 29 November 2021 at 06:18-06:20 AM Amsterdam time.

  • On 29 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher eventually succeeded to change the preferences of her landline in the Telephone Directory of Netherlands from ‘Secret Landline’ to ‘Visible Landline’.

  • Investigation authorities should investigate WHO defined the landline as a ‘Secret Landline’ against the wish of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and without getting her permission for that.
