KPN Mobile Operation. Location: The Netherlands. KPN-Dutch Entity.

KPN Mobile Operation related to the Mobile of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and the Mobile of Daniel Bakher.

Highlights

  • A yearly contract with KPN for 2 mobiles in a monthly bill of 53 Euro that was ended on 22 December 2021.

  • Hard proofs for Blocking incoming phone calls to the mobiles during the using period with KPN (These proofs will be presented to court further).

  • Manipulation with notifications during the using period with KPN.

  • Blocking/manipulation with SMSs, especially in relation to registrations, as well as in relation to shopping with the credit card of Viseca (confirmation of transactions via SMSs).

  • On 31 December 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher Ordered 2 SIMs from Lebara that will replace the 2 mobiles of KPN, yet with keeping the numbers of the mobiles via transfer the numbers from KPN to Lebara.

  • On 06 January 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got the 2 SIMs from Lebara, and she sent 2 requests to transfer the numbers of the mobiles from KPN to Lebara. However, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has no contract with KPN, the transfer was planned for 06 February 2022 namely, one month after the request.

  • After the end of the contract, on 28 December 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a monthly bill from KPN in the same amount of 53 Euro that was during the contract, for the period from 25.12.2021 until 24.01.2022.

  • After the cancellation (request for transfer), on 28 January 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a monthly bill from KPN in a higher amount of 82 Euro instead of 53 Euro for the period from 25.01.2022 until 24.02.2022, despite that she should get a final bill from KPN that does not include the period after the transfer to Lebara.

  • In the light of the overcharged final bill of 82 Euro that KPN tried to take from Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s bank account, any further bills from KPN via the bank were cancelled, yet Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid to KPN the final bill of 23 Euro for the period from 25.01.2022 until 06.02.2022 (13 days/30 days*53 Euro=23 Euro) (Please see OP221, KPN Operation: Overcharged Final Bill of Mobiles, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op221, Residence Location, Netherlands, Main Entity, E004, KPN (Internet, Mailbox-Outlook, Mobile, Fax, Landline), Netherlands)

Monthly bill for 2 mobiles before the cancellation, yet after the end of the contract, for the period from 25.12.2021 until 24.01.2022.

KPN should send a final bill, but instead, it sent a higher Monthly Bill of 82 Euro instead of 52 Euro until 24 February 2022, despite that the date of transfer is supposed to be on 6 February 2022, still, it’s unclear why the transfer of the numbers are supposed to occur 1 month after the request because the yearly contract with KPN was ended on 22 December 2021.

11 January 2022, 05:46. Transfer mobiles numbers from KPN to Lebara for over one month, despite that not exists a contract with KPN

Dr. Rozen-Bakher ordered from Lebara two SIMs to replace the SIMs of KPN due to KPN Operation. Following that, she made a request for transfer on 06 January 2022. Despite she has no contract with KPN, she received an email from KPN that the transfer will be carried out only after one month, on 06 February 2022. Likely that ICCG manipulated the transfer because usually, such transfer should take faster than one month, especially if not exists a contract.

11 January 2022, 05:13. A fabricated email reminder from KPN for returning router and boosters equipment, while ICCG made Cyber-Gibberish to the email when Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to forward the email with mentioning about it

Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid for a few months for the internet and landline of KPN without using it due to KPN Operation (e.g. blocking and manipulating). When the contract ended with KPN, she got from KPN a box return that was sent to KPN via PostNL on 24 December 2021. Despite it, on 10 January 2022, she got a fabricated email reminder from KPN for returning the equipment. Worse, when she tried to forward the email with mentioning about it, ICCG made Cyber-Gibberish that creates in the email Gibberish writing instead of the real words that were written. In this case, Dr. Rozen-Bakher wrote - ‘Reminder despite sending’ but it appeared as ‘pite sending Reminder of the’. The Cyber-Gibberish method is also done in the email to Vandebron (see 09 January 2022, 08:17. Intense Cyber regarding New Contract with Vandebron, Electricity and Gas Supplier)
