KPN formally blocked sending emails on contrary to its policy limits regarding sending emails per day per mailbox, as follows:

  • KPN Policy regarding the Limit of Sending Emails per Day per Mailbox.

    • 500 recipients per email

    • 1000 recipients per day in the case of bulk email - On 12 August 2021, KPN started to Block most of the emails based on a fabricated notice of abuse of the limit of sending emails per day per mailbox

    • 5000 recipients per day in the case of non-bulk email - Always Blocked - Forcing to buy more mailboxes

  • From December 2021 Until 11 August 2021, KPN Formally Blocked Sending Emails above 1000 Recipients per Day per Mailbox on contrary to its policy regarding the Limit of Sending Emails per Day per Mailbox, Resulting in Buying more Mailboxes.

    KPN always provides Abuse Notice on contrary to its policy when Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to send non-bulk emails above 1000 recipients per day per mailbox, despite that the emails were not always Bulk emails namely, the emails sent to familiar recipients as TO and not as BCC. This false limit of 1000 recipients per day forced Dr. Rozen-Bakher to buy additional mailboxes from KPN, namely a total of 8 mailboxes instead of 2 mailboxes because her contact list was at that time around 6000 - 7000 recipients. In other words, KPN never allowed Dr. Rozen-Bakher to send emails above 1000 recipients per day per mailbox, despite that its policy limits up to 5000 recipients per day per mailbox in the case of Non-Bulk email.

    When Dr. Rozen-Bakher bought additional mailboxes from KPN due to the false limit of 1000 recipients per day per mailbox instead of 5000 recipients per day per mailbox, then the system of KPN noticed that the mailbox of zrbblog4@kpnmail.nl is already occupied by another customer of KPN. Hence, investigation authorities should investigate WHO bought the mailbox of zrbblog4@kpnmail.nl because this person is without any doubt a conspirator of ICCG. More specifically, in the first place, Dr. Rozen-Bakher added the mailboxes zrbblog@kpnmail.nl, zrbblog1@kpnmail.nl, zrbblog2@kpnmail.nl, zrbblog3@kpnmail.nl, while after that, when she decided to add additional mailboxes, then zrbblog4@kpnmail.nl was already occupied by another customer of KPN, so she added zrbblog5@kpnmail.nl and after that zrbblog6@kpnmail.nl.

  • On 12 August 2021, KPN started to Block Most of the Outgoing Emails, either a single email to a family member or an email with multiple recipients via a Fabricated Notice of Abuse of the Limit of Sending Emails per Day per Mailbox, Resulting in Stopping working with KPN yet needed to continue paying for several months later due to yearly contract until 12/2021.

    Amid the massive blocking of emails via KPN, then on 12 August 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher started to use Ziggo Mailboxes, but it even became worse because Ziggo TOTOL blocked ALL outgoing emails and even incoming emails, so on 16 August 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher started to use the Belgium Mailbox of Mailfence in Netherlands, resulting in a situation that she paid at once to 3 mailboxes providers in Netherlands until 12/2021 when the yearly contract with KPN was ended.
