Highlights
The Torture-Game operation reflects the evilness of ICCG. The strategy of ICCG is to create intense and permanent suffering in all aspects of the life of Dr. Rozen-Baker in order to break her spirit, with the aim of stopping her intent to bring to justice the masterminds and conspirators of ICCG. This strategy involves dark tactics that are usually used by spy agencies, dark regimes and dictators, such as persistent daily acts of irritation, annoyance, harassment, social isolation, and more to break the spirit of a person. More specifically, the Torture-Game Operation of ICCG aims to interfere with the online daily life activity in trying to irritate and annoy Dr. Rozen-Bakher alongside creating time lost due to the need to deal with the interference of the online activity. Hence, in these kind of operations, notices don’t appear on screen because no really exist problems because the interfering is done via cyber, yet there is no ability to function normally online until the criminals have enough with the Torture-Game. These Torture-Game operations could last a few hours or even a half-day until ICCG has enough with the Torture-Game, or when their access to facilities that allow creating this Torture-Game was passed.
Example I. Monday Evening Operation, 27 December 2021
On 27 December 2021 at 19:45, the internet speed of Ziggo was intentionally reduced to interfere with working online on the pages of the website of Dr. Rozen-Bakher related to the legal fight. It was so slow that it was not allowed at all to work online, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher was needed to work online via the hot-spot of her KPN mobile that its internet speed was normal via her mobile. Example II. Friday Evening Operation - 15 October 2021
On 15 October 2021, the internet speed of Ziggo was reduced to 10% of its normal from 19:00 until midnight to interfere with the online activity, namely the download an upload were very low compared to what it should be based on the internet package, despite that the Ping Test seems good, which may be explained via the cyber acts.
Nothing helps to increase the speed of the internet, such as restart, shutdown, working via WiFi instead of wire, cleaning the computer despite that normally the hard disk D is empty while hard disk C with few applications because of the cyber, so regularly all the materials on disk on key or external hard disk and not on the hard disks of the laptop and such.

Unclear if this operation was carried out from far via cyber or via one of the facilities of Ziggo in Netherlands in order to reduce the speed of the internet. Note, Friday evening it’s a time that most of the workers leave the offices, yet the offices may be open for cleaning and maintenance.
