Caixa Geral Bank Account of Dr. Rozen-Bakher: Opened in 05/2017- Closed in 12/2018

Highlights

The Portuguese bank account was opened immediately after the Asylum in Portugal on 18 May 2017 before Dr. Rozen-Bakher became a Portuguese citizen, so the bank account was opened based on the Israeli passport and the documentation of the Asylum. Thereby, the address in Israel was mentioned during the opening account, yet posts from the Bank NEVER sent to Israel because Dr. Rozen-Bakher well informed the bank that she left permanently Israel following the Asylum alongside that Dr. Rozen-Bakher had a Post Box (1064-001) in CTT Lisbon. Besides, the Bank well informed in 06/2017 that Dr. Rozen-Bakher became Portuguese citizen including providing the bank her Portuguese Passport and Portuguese Citizen Card. Importantly, Dr. Rozen-Bakher had the Post Box during the period of 23 June 2017 until 31 December 2018 amid the lack of a permanent address. The Post Box costs only in 2018 a total of 189 Euro and it includes forwarding to the Post Box namely, any post that was sent to a regular address was forwarded to the Post Box in Lisbon. Therefore, until the end of 2018, any post from Portuguese authorities or from outside Portugal should receive at her Post Box in Lisbon. This Post Box was even used for her son, Daniel Bakher. Indeed, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son received posts at the Post Box from Portuguese authorities and even from outside Portugal. In spite of that, unclear why and how, in 11/2018, suddenly, posts from Caixa Geral bank started to arrive at the former address of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Israel, which led to the closing of the two Caixa Geral bank accounts of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son on 17 December 2018.
