Highlights

  • All Cases of Delivery related to Dr. Rozen-Bakher via DHL were ended in a Failure.

  • Repeated cases of intentionally not delivering packages to the Apartment of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, despite that she or her son were at home at the time of delivery, as follows:

  • Case I - OP031, DHL Operation in England, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op031, E028, DHL in England, UK

DHL England manipulated the delivery of an envelope that Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent in England in a way that the delivery confirmation did not mention to whom the envelope was delivered.

  • Case II - OP032, DHL Operation in Netherlands , https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg/op032, E030, DHL in Netherlands , Netherlands

DHL Netherlands intentionally returned the package to provider-Bol.Com without delivering it.

  • Case III - OP032, DHL Operation in Netherlands , https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg/op032, E030, DHL in Netherlands , Netherlands

DHL Netherlands intentionally left the package at the entry of the building near the elevator, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home, which allows everyone to handle the package, regardless of the issue that it is not safe to leave a package like that.

  • Case IV - OP032, DHL Operation in Netherlands , https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg/op032, E030, DHL in Netherlands , Netherlands

DHL Netherlands intentionally left the package with one of the neighbours, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home. Regardless of the fact that Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home, a delivery firm should get authorisation to leave a package with a stranger. Dr. Rozen-Bakher never authorized DHL to leave a package with others.

  • Case V - OP033, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) Operation: DHL Operation in Lisbon, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op033, E031, DHL in Portugal, Portugal

DHL Portugal intentionally did not deliver the package to the home of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, despite that her son waited at home at the expected time of delivery. No one calls the intercom. No one rang the door bell. Instead, DHL Portugal intentionally sent ‘Sensitive Bank Documents’ to Delivery Point, which allows ICCG to manipulate the documents. Worse, DHL Portugal fabricated their email in a way that it was mentioned that no one was at home, despite that the son of Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home at the delivery time mentioned in the email.

To summarize, Over the years, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got many packages in Netherlands and Portugal without any problem, so Investigation Authorities should investigate the Networking of ICCG in DHL, formally or informally.
