Acknowledgement: On 21 September 2025, the UK recognised the State of Palestine, but the UK under the PM Sir Keir Starmer has continued to assist Israel, militarily and politically, with the genocide in Gaza and the ethnic cleansing in the West Bank, including labelling UK citizens as ‘Terrorists’ when they protest against Israel. Importantly, according to ICC, the UK even threatened to cut funding and exit the International Criminal Court (ICC) if arrest warrants against Israel’s prime minister moved forward.

The Labor Party and its leader, SIR Keir Starmer won the 2024 general election in a big way over the Tory party based on promises to change the policy of the Tories, including Recognition the State of Palestine. However, the days passed since July 2024, when SIR Keir Starmer became the PM of the UK, which makes it clear that SIR Keir Starmer betrays the Labor voters in a big way, including giving support to the State of Israel to carry out the Genocide in Gaza instead of Recognition the State of Palestine as he promised during the election campaign, regardless of giving military support and political support to the State of Israel to carry out the Israeli Far-Right policy that focuses on military attacks against neighbouring countries.
Hence, paradoxically, the Tories did not lose the 2024 general election because they get an Informal leader, SIR Keir Starmer, who perfectly implemented the policy of the Tories, including NOT recognising the State of Palestine.
History teaches us that the public does not forget those who betray them, especially regarding moral issues like in the case of supporting Genocide instead of stopping it. Thus, my prediction is that the Labor Party will pay a ‘high price’ in the next election unless SIR Keir Starmer is replaced with an Ethical Leader. Anyway, the big winner is the Tory Party that currently wins Informally and even may win Formally in the next election.
