06 April 2022 at 06:57. Any trying over history to force women to bring children, like the ‘Decree 770’ in Ceaușescu’s Romania, failed due to bypassing these laws via ‘Black Market Abortions’ that took the lives of many women, including permanent damage to their ability to bring children after the abortions. Instead of a negative approach via prohibited abortions, the kindly gentlemen that are responsible for these kinds of laws may try a positive approach via giving grants and benefits for encouraging women to bring children, either single women or married women, which may help to increase the low fertility rate in a positive way. However, unfortunately, in the world of 'pig capitalism', why to give grants to encourage bringing children if it can be done by forcing women to bring children via a ban on abortions?
