10 September 2022 at 18:26. It is unclear what the motivation of Iran to carry out a cyber attack against Albania. Iran is very far from Albania and the countries have minor trade relations between them, so why does Iran need to make this cyber attack? Hence, from my viewpoint, it is unclear if indeed Iran made this cyber-attack, yet because the USA and Iran have a disagreement regarding the nuclear deal, then imposing more sanctions on Iran may put more pressure on Iran, and it also may serve the USA's interests and its allies. However, we can ask, why Albania? Albania is a fragile member of NATO, so playing the YES MAN regarding Iran could benefit Albania in getting aid from the USA and its allies. We should remember that manipulation is the base for geopolitical games, so it seems to me like a geopolitical game.
