Portuguese Social Security should pay Social Security to Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher (24 years old) since 05/2023 when the First Application (Application I) was given, yet intentionally rejected on contrary to the rules of Portuguese Social Security. Note, since 2017 when Portugal granted Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher the Portuguese Citizenship following the Asylum in Portugal, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son did not receive any assistance from Portuguese Social Security or from other Portuguese institutions, despite their bad situation due to ICCG operations that violated in a harsh way their human rights including sabotage their financial affairs.

Highlights

  • On 11 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and Daniel Bakher gave Application I for Portuguese Social Security (see below) in Loja de Cidadão das Laranjeiras - Lisbon (R. Abranches Ferrão 10, 1600-001 Lisbon) amid the Blocking of Income from work and investment by ICCG since 2014.

  • On 26 May 2023, Portuguese Social Security intentionally rejected the application for social security on a false argument that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has 28,825.8 Euro despite that her application showed 24,018.06 Euro.

  • On 01 June 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and Daniel Bakher gave a complaint in Yellow Book against Social Security due to the intentionally rejected application. Following the complaint, instead of approving the application, then Social Security raised a request to get a ‘Banks Map’ from Banco de Portugal, despite that this request does not mention in the required documentation for application on the website of Portuguese Social Security. Besides, when given Application I with all the required documentation, then the officer of Portuguese Social Security did not mention that ‘Banks Map’ are missing in the application’s documentation. How many Portuguese citizens requested to provide ‘Banks Map’ of Banco de Portugal when they apply for Social Security? Dr. Rozen-Bakher will demand an answer to this question via Portuguese court.

Abranches Ferrão 10, 1600-001 Lisbon) and again the officer did not mention that any document missing in the application. Despite it, again, on 26 June 2023, Portuguese Social Security sent a request for providing ‘Banks Map’ of Banco de Portugal.

  • On 29 June 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and Daniel Bakher provided ‘Banks Map’ to Portuguese Social Security, despite that usually Portuguese citizens should not provide it as part of the application.

  • Since 29 June 2023, Portuguese Social Security did not approve the application and even did not provide any response for this unusual delay, namely that passed more than a month since providing the ‘Banks Map’.

  • On 05 August 2023, a complaint was given on Yellow Book against Portuguese Social Security about the Intentionally Delay in Approval the Application since 05/2023. Number of Complaint on Yellow Book: LAE-R-1480300.
