OP187, Suspected Fabricated Responses by ICCG regarding Two Complaints in Yellow Book against IEFP
https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op187
ICCG Announcement: 09 May 2023. Latest Update: 05 September 2023
Looking at the all evidence below, then highly likely that the two complaints on Yellow Book against IEFP were manipulated by ICCG.
Highlights
Undoubtful that ICCG runs IEFP Operation, which is especially revealed in relation to the ‘Blocking Cleaner Jobs Operation’
OP149, Sabotage Positions Operation: IEFP Operation - Blocking Cleaner Jobs, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op149, Residence Location, Portugal, Main Entity, E059, IEFP Institute for Employment and Vocational Training, Portugal, Sub-Entity I, E054, NETIM (Mailbox), France, Sub-Entity II, E012, NOS (Internet, Mobile, Fax, Landline, Cable TV), Portugal, Sub-Entity III, E055, Microsoft (Outlook), USA
OP150, Sabotage Positions Operation: IEFP Operation - Portuguese Employment Office in Lisbon, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op150, Residence Location, Portugal, Main Entity, E059, IEFP Institute for Employment and Vocational Training, Portugal, Sub-Entity I, E054, NETIM (Mailbox), France, Sub-Entity II, E012, NOS (Internet, Mobile, Fax, Landline, Cable TV), Portugal, Sub-Entity III, E055, Microsoft (Outlook), USA
In light of the serious manipulation, on 09 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to submit Two Complaints against IEFP on Yellow Book regrding the Two Operations above, but ICCG were likely blocked them via cyber. See it in Complaint I and Complaint II:
CM018, Complaint I to Portuguese Yellow Book against IEFP-Institute for Employment and Vocational Training about 'IEFP Operation: Employment Office in Lisbon, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/cm018, E059, IEFP Institute for Employment and Vocational Training, Portugal, Residence Location, Portugal
CM022, Complaint II to Portuguese Yellow Book against IEFP-Institute for Employment and Vocational Training about 'IEFP Operation: Blocking Cleaner Jobs, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/cm022, E059, IEFP Institute for Employment and Vocational Training, Portugal, Residence Location, Portugal
On 10 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher submitted successfully Complaint I and Complaint II. However, the numbers that were given to Complaint I and Complaint and the gap time between them revealed that these submissions are likely were fabricated by ICCG, as shown below:
Complaint I: 10 April 2023, 14:34 - Number LAE-R - 1353800
Complaint II: 10 April 2023, 14:41 - Number LAE-R - 1353900
Gap Time between Complaint I and Complaint II: 14:41-14:34=7 minutes
Gap between the Number of Complaints: 1353900-1353800=100 (The perfect numbers with two zeros also signals that it’s fabricated)
Average Time between Complaint I and Complaint II: 1353900-1353800=100 (gap)/7 (minutes)=14.3 Seconds
Based on the comparison table below, unlikely, that every 14.3 seconds a complaint is given on Yellow Book.
IEFP must respond Complaint I and Complaint II up to 15 working days according to Portuguese law, namely until 02 May 2023.
On 02 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got two suspected emails (see below) related to the Complaint I and Complaint II, yet the emails were received in the Spam Folder, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher already received emails into the Inbox folder from iae.noreply@ama.pt.
IEFP responded to Complaint I and Complaint II on 08 May 2023 instead of on 02 May 2023 as required by Portuguese law.
IEFP provided a "blah blah blah" answer regarding the two complaints against IEFP without any reference to the details in the complaints, which de-facto could be considered as a Cover-up answer due to serious wrongdoing mentioned in the complaints, especially related to Complaint II. Note, the same answer was given for both complaints. (see Complaints)
