Highlights
In 12/2019, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son fled from England to Portugal due to harsh political persecution in England by ICCG that involved the UK authorities. In mid-03/2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son made a formal checkout from their apartment in England. Thereby, from 03/2020 until 07/2020 during the lockdown of Covid19 in the EU, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son had no ability to look for a rental apartment, so they stayed at an apart-hotel in Lisbon without a permanent address, still, despite the lockdown, ICCG has continued to run cover-up operations against them in Lisbon.
Daniel Bakher, the son of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, was supposed to start his third final year of his B.Sc at the University of Leicester, but amid the harsh political persecution in England, it was no option to be in England, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son looked for an alternative location in the EU to allow Daniel to finalize his B.Sc online, which was the norm during the academic year of 2020-2021 because of the Covid19, still, with the prospect to find an alternative location that has a university for the Master of Daniel Bakher, regardless of opportunities of academic positions for Dr. Rozen-Bakher. Hence, based on preliminary inquiries, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son decided to relocate to Switzerland as EU citizens.
On 13 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son fly from Lisbon to Zurich (see below) to settle in Zurich as EU residents. Immediately, after their arrival in Zurich, they went to the Swiss immigration office to check about their rights to get a Swiss Resident Permit. Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son explained at the Swiss immigration office that they EU citizens that look for jobs and study in Zurich, yet they have an investment bank account in Zurich with an amount of app. 170K Euro at that time (see below), which allows supporting themselves during the period of looking for jobs and studying. At the meeting at the Swiss immigration office, Dr. Rozen-Bakher presented proof of her investment bank account in Zurich. Thereby, the representative of the Swiss immigration office argued that Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son are supposed to get at least one year (L) or even five years (B) of Swiss Residence Permit, so based on that advice, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son started to look for a rental apartment in Zurich including giving formal applications for Swiss Residence Permit.
On 14 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son made a contract with Salt for two mobiles including calls and data (see below), so all the communications in Zurich after their arrival were on Salt's platform including using the Internet. Despite using the Swiss platform, ICCG has started to run sabotage operations in Zurich, such as blocking emails regarding looking for a rental apartment or applications for an academic position.
On 26 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son gave formal applications for a Swiss Residence Permit at Stadt Zurich (see below). The applications include the required documentation including the proof that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has an investment bank account in Zurich with an amount of app. 170K Euro at that time (see below). Following the applications, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son got an appointment for pictures for the resident permit on 05 August 2020 with the explanation that the envelopes with the resident permit should arrive by post a day after that, on 06 August 2020. To prevent any problems in getting the post of the Swiss Resident Permit, from 26 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son stayed at the same address in Zurich (see below).
Over 3 weeks, after dozens of visits at potential apartments in Zurich cantonal, yet under Sabotage Rental Apartment by ICCG, eventually, on 31 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son found an apartment in Zurich cantonal, so on 04 August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher signed the contract for the rental apartment for one year. Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son were supposed to enter the apartment on 11 August 2020, so they started to look for buying furniture in IKEA (see below).
On 05 August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son made photos for the Swiss Resident Permit, but the Resident Permit did not arrive by post on the day after that as it should be. As the days passed in Zurich, it become clear that ICCG runs sabotage operations in Lisbon, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son decided not to wait more days for the post, but to go again to the Swiss immigration office to check with them when the resident permit should arrive by post.
On 06 August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son went to the Swiss immigration office to find out about the status of the resident permit. After many years of political persecution by ICCG, it was no surprise to hear that suddenly, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son are not eligible even for one year (L) of Swiss resident permit, but only for six months of Swiss resident permit. Clearly, the ‘invisible hand’ of ICCG was in this sabotage.
Under the forthcoming ‘short resident permit’ of ICCG, Dr. Rozen-Bakher MUST cancel the rental agreement that she signed two days earlier to avoid the situation that she has a rental apartment in Zurich for one year without a Swiss resident permit.
The ‘invisible hand’ of ICCG not only shortens the Swiss resident permit but also sabotages the post of the Swiss resident permit as happened in many other cases, such as in the case of Sabotage Resident Dutch Permit (BSN). Importantly, the post of the resident permit NEVER arrived at the address in Zurich as it should be.
Following the ‘Sabotage of Swiss Residence Permit’, on 08 August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son left Switzerland for good. Eventually, on 19 August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a phone call from the Swiss immigration office that occurred a ‘problem’ with the post of the resident permit, and that the envelopes did not send on time, and only now, they can send the envelopes. The ‘invisible hand’ of ICCG even occurred in Switzerland.
