On 06 December 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher made an online order from CASA (Number of Order: 2138708, but it did not deliver on time as promised. More specifically, on 07 December 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an email from the delivery provider - DelNext - that they should deliver the items within a few days, but according to the delivery records, DelNext held 12 Days the Package in Olen-Belgium with 2 Registered Shipping on DelNext System - the first one on 07.12.2022 at 16:45 and the second one on 19.12.2022 at 12:22. Besides, the Fabricated Delivery Records showed that the Package was at once in Belgium and Lisbon. Even NASA Can’t send a Package from Belgium to Lisbon in less than one minute. Importantly, when the package was delivered at home in Lisbon on 20.12.2022, the Order Number in the 'Invoice'/Shipping Certificate was different (1023009591, 08.12.2022) from the Order Number (2138708, 06.12.2022) when the order was made. During the delay process, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to approach DelNext, but DelNext had no contact details on their website, while Casa did not respond to her request to provide the contact details of DelNext. Clearly, that intentional delay was made in this delivery, as done in other cases with the objectives of ‘Spy-Manipulation’ or ‘Material-Manipulation’ (See OP073 and OP080).
DelNext-NASA: According to Fabricated Delivery Records, on 19 December 2022 at 12:22 the Package was at once in Belgium and Lisbon. Even NASA Can’t send a Package from Belgium to Lisbon in less than one minute. Besides, the Delivery Records showed that DelNext held 12 Days the Package in Olen-Belgium with 2 Registered Shipping on DelNext System (07.12.2022 at 16:45 and 19.12.2022 at 12:22).
When the package was delivered at home in Lisbon on 20.12.2022, the Order Number in the 'Invoice'/Shipping Certificate was different from the Original Order Number:
