This Operation was Mentioned in Section 2.4.24.2 in the Following Complaints:

The investigation authorities should investigate how can it be that 16 times over 7 working days a delivery man of Parcel Force arrived the building, nonetheless, even once,  he didn’t call the apartment via the intercom in order to allow him to go up the apartment, or called the mobile of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to inform her that he arrived the building, or simply took up with the elevator to the seventh floor and knocked on the door of apartment 33. None of that happened 16 times over 7 working days, despite the visitors' instructions on the entry wall of the building that were also mentioned in the collection instructions in all the orders to Parcel Force. Worse, Parcel Force STOLE the payments of 12 orders that did not deliver via the Mastercard of Viseca. Even worse, ICCG blocked the appeal to Viseca to get a refund for these payments, while Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) ignored the email to not pay the monthly bill from Viseca unless a refund is made. Parcel Force NEVER refund these 12 orders despite that they did not deliver.
