Looking at national Labour Markets from around the world to identify risks of Unemployment, Employment Shift, Lower Labour Productivity, and Elimination of Jobs due to Relocation of Jobs and Technological Change. Labour Market Regulation increases costs but at the same time increases productivity and quality. Retirement Age in the Aging era may have a significant impact on Unemployment, while Job Security is critical for Economic Prosperity. Deterioration in Industrial Relations may negatively affect the economic and political stability.
