In this comment, I will start with the ‘end’ of the comment, namely with the prediction, but this time, I even don’t need to write the prediction, because I already wrote it on my Global Risks, namely Nuclear War: Human Extinction, so let’s focus now Why Rafael Grossi, the Head of the Nuclear Watchdog, IAEA, Failed?

For a long time, and especially over the last year, it seems to me that the only job that the IAEA is busy with is Iran, while ignoring the suspected nuclear weapons in other countries, either those who declare them or those who developed them secretly or obtained them secretly. Day after day, I wonder when Rafael Grossi, the Head of the IAEA, will travel to other countries to inspect suspected nuclear facilities, but instead, Rafael Grossi travelled again and again only to Iran, so eventually, I thought that it would be better that the IAEA call themselves the IAEA’s Iran instead of the IAEA’s Earth.

Unfortunately, we are used to the West’s ‘Double Standards’, such as the EU’s sanctions against Russia without imposing sanctions against Israel, namely Ukraine War versus the Gaza War, but the EU is run by politicians, such as the President of the European Council, António Costa and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, so we should not be surprised about how it can be that the EU imposed sanctions against Russia instead of imposing sanctions against Israel for what Israel has done in Gaza compared to what Russia has done in Ukraine. However, the IAEA is not a political body like the EU, but a Nuclear Watchdog that should act without ‘Double Standards’, but unfortunately, IAEA suffers from ‘Double Standards’ regarding the most important issue on Earth, namely preventing the extinction of humanity due to a Nuclear War, so when we see the IAEA joins the ‘Threat Game’ against Iran, namely threatening Iran to make a nuclear deal upon what the USA and Israel want or suffering from an Israeli attack against the Iranian nuclear facilities, then we wonder if the IAEA is a relevant body. Therefore, it is no surprise that Iran puts a lot of effort to obtain 'secret documents’ about Israeli nuclear facilities to create a Nash Equilibrium based on Non-cooperative Game Theory namely, a Lose-Lose scenario in the case of nuclear war when both sides have nuclear weapons or the ability to obtain nuclear weapons.

However, if we put aside the Iran-Israel conflict and we look at that from a Nuclear Watchdog prespective, then we can ask why Finland can have a peaceful nuclear facility while Iran not, and why Pakistan, USA, Russia and India can have nuclear weapons while Iran not. In other words, Who has the authority to decide which countries can have a peaceful nuclear facility and which countries not, and which countries can have nuclear weapons and which countries not. IAEA should act without ‘Double Standards’ regarding these issues and not like a political body. Importantly, our Earth will be more safe if no one holds nuclear capabilities, either for peaceful purposes or for weapons, but if some countries can have them, then why the others not. Thus, IAEA should decide what is its objective, namely to prevent nuclear capabilities or to establish safeguards for using nuclear sites, but playing both is doomed to fail because no one has the authority to decide which sovereign countries can have peaceful nuclear or nuclear weapons while which sovereign countries can not have them. Hence, the USA should stop playing the ‘Global Police’ because it harms the USA’s global political position, regardless of the failure to achieve ‘Global Police’ under the sovereignty mechanism.
