16 December 2023 at 19:13. We are in the final days of the year 2023 when many people around the globe are busy now with NATAL-Gift Decisions, so I will make the story short, especially if we take into account my previous comments on BRICS Plus (see below) and even my famous research paper PD10 that predicted the importance of multinational trade agreements like BRICS to preserve or secure a position of superpower (see below). (Note, my famous research paper PD10 NEVER published, because the publishers and reviewers of ICCG treat it like the 'Earth is flat and not a ball’.)

Hence, if I compared the BRICS between what we had in 2021, when I wrote my research paper PD10 (BRICS had only 5 members) to what we have today at the end of 2023 (10 members with numerous applications (see below)), then we get a Call Alarm to the USA about its failure to preserve its position as a superpower as we knew it in 2021, while ‘Russia-China’ succeeds in securing a new position as a ‘Dual-Superpower’ that challenges the superpower position of the USA. However, this failure impacts not only the USA but also the USA's allies and especially the USA’s loyal allies (e.g., the EU). Importantly, the current position of BRICS Plus in 12/2023 reflects the ‘Rebellion’ of many countries worldwide against the War-Sanction of the USA Coalition against Russia (see relevant posts from Monitoring Risks) Hence, my prediction is that 2024 will be an important year for the USA in relation to its global position.
