30 September 2022 at 08:06. Does the attack on Nord Stream, likely by the West, serve as a pretext for NATO to get into war with Russia amid the failure of sanctions, Russian mobilisation and annexations?
If I analyse it based on various information, then this scenario is possible. First, as I already mentioned in my previous comment on this topic (see below), Russia has no interest in damaging its gas infrastructure because Russia could cut gas without creating damage to Nord Stream. Second, Radek Sikorski MEP, the Chairman of the EU-USA delegation of the European Parliament, applauded the USA for this attack via a Tweet, but this Tweet vanished and even my Tweet vanished when I retweeted it with my explanation that sometimes an information leak is done unintentionally or due to stupidity. Third, EU officials said that the incident had fundamentally changed the nature of the conflict in Ukraine, which signals the readiness for escalation. Hence, if we look at the big picture, then if NATO starts a war against Russia due to the attacks on Nord Stream, then it is likely a pretext for the West to start a war against Russia because the West sanctions failed to stop Russia. Nevertheless, it is likely that only a few Western countries are involved in this pretext for getting NATO into war, while other NATO members may be pushed into this war under the West's accusation that Russia damaged its gas infrastructure that also serves as a gas infrastructure for the EU.
29 September 2022 at 07:13. It seems that we reach the ´point of no return´ regarding the conflict between the West and Russia. Russia does not need to sabotage its gas infrastructure to cut the gas to Germany, while the West has all the interests to find hidden ways to hit Russia because a direct military confrontation between NATO and Russia is too risky for the EU. However, this sabotage act that very likely was carried out by the West will lead to a big backfire on the West. It seems that the masterminds of this sabotage did not calculate the risk well, because my prediction is that we are very close to an all-out war between NATO and Russia. Although, perhaps these masterminds had already decided that a war between NATO and Russia is inevitable, or that they would even like to trigger a war between NATO and Russia, because clearly, the war-sanctions against Russia, alongside the unprecedented military aid to Ukraine, have failed to stop Russia. The latest calls by some Western countries to instruct their citizens to leave Russia immediately may signal that the scenario of all-out war is on the table by a small group of NATO members that would like a war with Russia, yet it is unlikely that all members of NATO are fully aware of this scenario. Those who pushed Ukraine to not compromise with Russia in order to prevent the invasion by Russia will eventually get a war in their backyards, either due to miscalculation of the risk or due to their wish to bring down Russia. We are heading to war between NATO and Russia.
