On 05 December 2021, ICCG carried out a cyber-attack against a file that includes proof when the laptop of Dr. Rozen-Bakher was offline under Airplane mode and even when the router was closed (see below), which indicates that ICCG has the ability to carry out cyber-attacks against offline Computers/Laptops/Smart TV of Dr. Rozen-Bakher via ‘sophisticated secret internet’ as done in other operations.
