USMCA
The USMCA is a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the United States–Mexico–Canada that replaced the old Free Trade Agreement (FTA) of NAFTA. However, Trump’s Trade War has led to the situation that all the USA’s Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), including USMCA, are not de-facto active anymore, fully or partly, because of the import tariffs that were imposed by Trump and violate the FTAs. Nevertheless, the USA did not formally withdraw from the USMCA, so under this situation, the USMCA can be considered a partly active FTA.
The USMAC has no dedicated official website.
