ICCG Announcement: 09 May 2023, 23:16.

Looking at the all evidence below, then highly likely that the two complaints on Yellow Book against IEFP were manipulated by ICCG.

Highlights

  • IEFP must respond Complaint I and Complaint II up to 15 working days according to Portuguese law, namely until 02 May 2023.

  • On 02 May 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got two suspected emails (see below) related to the Complaint I and Complaint II, yet the emails were received in the Spam Folder, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher already received emails into the Inbox folder from iae.noreply@ama.pt.

  • IEFP responded to Complaint I and Complaint II on 08 May 2023 instead of on 02 May 2023 as required by Portuguese law.

  • IEFP provided a "blah blah blah" answer regarding the two complaints against IEFP without any reference to the details in the complaints, which de-facto could be considered as a Cover-up answer due to serious wrongdoing mentioned in the complaints, especially related to Complaint II. Note, the same answer was given for both complaints. (see Complaints)
