Highlights

On 18 July 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a complaint to Mr. Fernando Medina, the Portuguese Finance Ministry against Banco de Portugal regarding the Cover-up of Vanished Former Bank Account of Caixa Geral from the Banks Map of Banco de Portugal. More specifically, following the complaint in Red Book against Caixa Geral and the Direct Complaint to Banco de Portugal, Dr. Rozen-Bakher received a Cover-Up Answer that mentioned that ‘Nothing wrong’ with the vanished of the former Bank Account of Caixa Geral from the Banks Map of Banco de Portugal (Please see their answer below).

This cover-up may signal that the bank account may not only vanish from the Banks Map of Banco de Portugal but also from the records of Caixa Geral, as part of the cover-up crimes running against Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Portugal by ICCG under the open eyes of the Portuguese Government.

Hence, here are the following expectations:

  • Getting FULL Information from Caixa Geral if the former bank account of Dr. Rozen-Bakher also vanished from the bank records of Caixa Geral or not.

  • Why Caixa Geral did not report to Banco de Portugal about the former bank account, and if they reported to Banco de Portugal, then why it does not appear in the Banks Map?

  • Getting FULL Information from Banco de Portugal if they correct the records of the Banks Map, namely they fix the incorrect information in the Banks Map.

Complaint about the Incorrect Banks Map provided by Banco de Portugal

On 29 June 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son arrived in Banco to Portugal in Lisbon to get ‘Banks Map’ in Portugal. The bank officer provided two ‘Banks Map’ in Portugal; the first one for Dr. Rozen-Bakher and the second one for her son, Daniel Bakher. However, Banco de Portugal provided an incorrect Banks Map for Dr. Rozen-Bakher, while a correct one for her son (see below).

Here are the incorrect details in the Banks Map of Dr. Rozen-Bakher:

  • Caixa Geral. The former bank account of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Caixa Geral vanished from the Banks Map of Banco de Portugal. On 18 May 2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher opened the bank account in Caixa Geral amid her status as an Asylum seeker in Portugal with the prospect to become a Portuguese citizen, which was indeed realised on 07 June 2017 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher became a Portuguese citizen (Please see Chapter 2. Asylum in Portugal due to Political Persecution in Israel https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-documentation/ch2). However, amid problems with running the bank account in Caixa Geral (Please see Caixa Geral Operation: Manipulation with Posts https://www.rozen-bakher.com/cgd-posts, regardless of other problems), then on 17 December 2018, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son closed both bank accounts that they had in Caixa Geral. In spite of that, the former bank account in Caixa Geral of her son, Daniel Bakher, appeared in his Banks Map of Banco de Portugal, while the former bank account in Caixa Geral of Dr. Rozen-Bakher vanished from her Banks Map of Banco de Portugal. Please see proof below including an example of a bank report.

  • BNP Paribas, RP Credit Card of Cetelem in Portugal. Amid Cetelem Operation in Portugal (Please see Cetelem Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/19/04/2023-2043), on 19 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed Cetelem about the cancellation of her RP credit card of Cetelem, yet she had a problem to get the Final Bill from Cetelem (Please see Cetelem Operation: Suspected Fabricated Email by ICCG Amid Cancellation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/24/04/2023-1733) Amid Cetelem Operation, on 20 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a complaint on Red Book against Cetelem (Please see Complaint I on Red Book against Cetelem: Cetelem Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/20/04/2023-1400. Following their answer that includes the final bill, on 23 May 2023, she paid the remaining final bill. In spite of the cancellation and paying the final bill, BNP Paribas-Cetelem in Portugal, did not inform Banco de Portugal that the Credit card is not active, so it still appears as an active card in the Banks Map of Banco de Portugal. Worse, despite paying the FULL final bill, then on 26 June 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an email from Cetelem that she still need to pay 0.66 Euro, which serves as a false excuse for Cetelem to FORCE the activity of the RP Credit Card.
