CALL006, Urgent Call to Human Rights Lawyers: Giving Urgent Claim against EDP, E-redes, Gold Energy, ERSE and Intrum: Intentional Cutting Electricity and Gas, and Intentional Delay in Providing and Gas based on New Contract with Gold Energy
OP093, EDP Operation in Pre-Cutting Electricity & Gas (10/2022-09/2023) that Triggered Complaints to EDP & ERSE (CM033, CMo67, CM016) and Repeated Requests to Pay the Bills before Cutting: i) EDP System Fall Down when the Fixed-Monthly Contract was done in 10/2022, which Prevents the Ability to Check if what was said by the representative of EDP indeed appeared in the contract as the contradiction regarding EDP insurance. ii) Forcing Insurance of FULL EDP instead of EDP Smart as agreed when the Contract made. iii) In 11/2022, EDP sent an SMS that the contract is Cancelled despite that not. iv) EDP Collected the Bill of 11/2022 via Direct Debit that appeared in the Direct Debit Bank Page, while EDP Collected the Bills of 12/2022, 01/2023, 02/2023 via the Bank Account yet these Bills did Not Appear in the Direct Debit Bank Page as all Direct Debit Bills of Other Providers (e.g. NOS), still, in the bank account these Transactions were mentioned as ‘Direct Debit’ - when it was Revealed the Direct Debit was Cancelled. v) EDP Tried to Force Contract Change from Fixed-Monthly Contract (160805767507) to Non-Fixed Monthly Contract (33609390), despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER agreed to this Change - EDP tried to 'Take Money' immediately, despite the Right for Social Tarif (Discount for Unemployed) at the End of the Year. vi) EDP and ERSE Ignored Repeated Complaints and Requests, Directly and via the Red Book, to Pay the Bills based on the Fixed-Monthly Contract via MB or Bank Transfer or Credit Card instead of via the Direct Debit that was Cancelled - Despite that, EDP cut the Electricity and Gas on 11.09.2023 at 12:30 without any Formal Notice Letter before the Cutting excluding SMS that was sent on the same Date in the morning with a Demand to Pay Immediately app. of 1,200 Euro based on Force Non-Fixed Contract that Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER signed. vii) INTRUM as a Proxy-EDP tried to 'Take Money' of FULL EDP via Repeated Emails and SMSs of Debt Collecting (OP247), despite that NO direct contract ever made with INTRUM including not given Contact Details, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op093, Residence Location, Portugal, Main Entity, E060, EDP, Portugal, Sub-Entity I, E012, NOS (Internet, Mobile, Fax, Landline, Cable TV), , Portugal, Sub-Entity II, E054, NETIM (Mailbox), France, Sub-Entity III, E094, Santander in Portugal, Portugal, Sub-Entity IV, E061, ERSE Entidade Reguladora dos Serviços Energéticos, Portugal, Sub-Entity V, E177, INTRUM, Portugal
