Hard proofs exist regarding blocking communication to International Criminal Court (ICC) related to the Claim and Letters with additional proof following the claim, as well as regarding an urgent letter that was sent a year and a half after the claim. To clarify, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got a confirmation from ICC for receiving her Claim that was sent via registered posts, Faxes or emails. Besides, she did not get any confirmation or response from ICC to her letters with additional proof related to the claim. She even did not get any confirmation or response to her urgent letter that was sent a year and a half after the claim. Importantly, a few months after the claim, International Criminal Court (ICC) gave a response to the claim that was sent ONLY via email, yet the letter raises concerns if ICC got the Full version of the Claim. Nevertheless, ICC in his letter argued that if additional crimes will be conducted then it will be possible to give proof via an updated claim. In spite of that, ICC even did not confirm or respond to the urgent letter that was sent a year and a half after the claim. International Criminal Court (ICC) should clarify if they choose not to confirm receiving the Claim and letters and if they choose not to respond to the letters, or if they did not receive all communications that were sent to them with the Claim and letters. Besides, International Criminal Court (ICC) should clarify if the court used to send a response to a claim via email and not via post, as well as if ICC used to not confirm claims and letters that the court received.

The Communication with ICC was carried out via the following providers:

  • Posts:

    • ICC Post-Box at the Entry of ICC Building: Envelopes with the Claim and letters were provided to ICC via the Post-Box of ICC that locates at the Entry of ICC building.

    • Registered Posts: Die Schweizerische Post (Swiss Post), Switzerland
