Intentional Cutting Electricity and Gas Operation by ICCG
150 Days without Gas (Without Hot Water)

On 07 February 2024, a Third Gas Inspection took take place without any problems and immediately after that, Gas Natural connected the gas. For over 150 days, we suffered without hot water due to sabotage by ICCG that included intentionally cutting the Electricity and Gas by EDP, cutting the apartment from the Portuguese electricity infrastructure by E-redes instead of forwarding the meter reading, intentionally not scheduling a gas inspection for over 50 days by Goldenergy, two gas inspections with manipulation, and sabotage conducting a test for the gas device to hide the true about the manipulation with the First and Second gas inspections that led Worten after more than a one month to replace the gas device with a new one.

On 05 February 2024, Worten installed a New Gas Device, so now, Goldenergy should schedule a gas test with the New Gas Device.
The ‘Scheduling Gas Inspection Game’ by Goldenergy, which has acted as a Conspirator of ICCG since we made with them the Electricity and Gas Contracts
The First Gas Inspection - Scheduling after more than 50 Days despite repeated urgent requests in Goldenergy office and by emails and phone calls. The Scheduling of the First Gas Inspection was done under ‘Confirmation Game’.
The Second Gas Inspection - Scheduling immediately for 2 days after that via SMS (+351910034803), yet without any request for Confirmation.
29 December 2023 - 05 February 2024, 38 Days of Sabotage of the Test of the Gas Device by ICCG following the Second Gas Inspection that argued that the gas device is not OK, still, keep in mind, that in the First gas inspection, the gas inspector argued that the electricity socket is not OK despite that it was OK, while in the second gas inspection, the gas inspector argued that the gas device is not OK. Amid the sabotage of the test for the gas device by ICCG, Worten eventually replaced the gas device without conducting a test for the old one, yet ICCG tried to sabotage the replacement of the gas device by blocking calls from the gas technician of Worten that was on the way to our home, still, despite the blocking calls, the gas technician arrived and made the replacement, so now we have a new gas device that is ready for the Third Gas Inspection.
The Third Gas Inspection - On 05 February 2024 at 16:04, a Request for Scheduling the gas inspection was sent via SMS (+351910034803) as done in the Second Gas Inspection, but no answer was given yet as done in the Second Gas Inspection. Besides, a Request for Scheduling the Third gas inspection was sent also to the Legal Department of Goldenergy. No response was given to the First SMS and Email, so on 06 February 2024, a second SMS was sent, and immediately after that, an answer was given with Scheduling the Third Gas Inspection for the day after that, on 07 February 2024.

Today, on 05 February 2024, Worten replaced the old gas device with a new gas device following the argument of your gas inspection that the gas device is not OK (In the First gas inspection, your gas inspector argued that the electricity socket is not OK despite that it was OK, while in the second gas inspection, your gas inspector argued that the gas device is not OK). Note, Worten decided to replace the gas device without conducting a test for the old one.
Following that, I sent today, an SMS to +351910034803 to schedule again gas inspection, so please schedule a gas inspection without any delay because today, we are 150 days without hot water in our apartment.

05 February 2024, Hard Proof for Blocking Phone Calls by ICCG to Sabotage the Replacement of the Gas Device by Worten - ICCG proved that they are Evil People because they Intentionally prevented from us hot water for over 150 days.
ICCG Blocked 5 phone calls from the technician of Worten who came to replace the gas device. He tried to reach me by phone before his coming, but he got a notice that the phone is not available despite that it opens all the time. Despite that he did not reach me by phone, the gas technician of Worten came to my home and replaced the gas device. After the replacement, he told me about the problem with the phone and he called me again twice in front of me, but I did not hear any ring and I did not get any notice, while he got a notice that my phone is not available despite that it was opened. Following that, the technician of Worten, asked me to call him, and he got my call, and after that, he tried again to call me, and now I received the call.
Portugal holds me and my son as Political prisoners by blocking our emails and phone calls including preventing me from working as part of Force Poverty Operation.
Worten Store Bypassed the Blocking of the Test for the Gas Device by the Intend to Replace the Current Gas Device with a New Gas Device without any Costs, which is supposed to Carry out within a week.
25 January 2024, Amid the Blocking of the Test for the Gas Device by the Contractors of Worten or by ICCG, Worten Store decided to Replace the Current Gas Device with a New Gas Device without any Costs, and even with given a Refund of 70 Euro due to the Current Discount on the Gas Device, so now, we are waiting to the Replacement that should carry out within a week.
We appreciate the assistant of Worten Store regarding our case, yet they may replace a Gas Device that have no problem, only because of the Manipulation by ICCG. Nevertheless, it is important to understand if the gas device OK or not to reveal the manipulation of ICCG.
Blocking Test for the Gas Device:
Option I: The Blocking was Carried out by Volcano, the Contractor of Worten or by Volcano’s Sub-Contractors, which were acted as Conspirators of ICCG.
Option II: ICCG blocked the communications (SMSs, Calls, Messages on Worten System) to Block the Test for the Gas Device.
Amid the Blocking by Volcano or by ICCG, on 25 January 2024, we received a False SMS from Worten that ‘We Do Not to Process with the Test/Repair’, despite many requests that were sent by Worten Store to their Contractor Volcano to carry out the Test Following our several Visits on Worten Store. Likely, that Worten System produced this ‘Automatic SMS’ because Worten System did not see any progress with the request because of the Blocking of the Test, yet it is possible that ICCG produced this fabricated SMS.
Worten-Becken Operation - Timeline, Latest Update 29 January 2024
29 January 2024, We received an SMS that the installation of the Gas Device is going to take place a week from today, namely on 05 February 2024.
27 January 2024. We received an another SMS from CTT Express that they are going to deliver the gas device on 27 January 2024 until the hour of 19:00. Indeed, CTT Express, delivered the gas device at noon.
26 January 2024. We received an SMS from CTT Express that they are going to deliver the gas device on 29 January 2024 until the hour of 19:00.
25 January 2024. Visit VII in Worten Store. Amid the False SMS that was received early today, we travel again to Worten store. Following the Blocking of the Test for the Gas Device by the Contractors of Worten or by ICCG, Worten Store decided to Replace the Current Gas Device with a New Gas Device without any Costs, and even with given a Refund of 70 Euro due to the Current Discount on the Gas Device, so now, we are waiting to the Replacement that should carry out within a week.
25 January 2024. Since the Last visit in Worten Store, we did not receive any Call or SMS to schedule a Test for the Gas Device. However, on 25 Janury 2024, we received a False SMS from Worten that ‘We Do Not to Process with the Test/Repair’, despite many requests that were sent by Worten Store to their Contractor Volcano to carry out the Test Following our several Visits on Worten Store. That’s mean that the test for the gas device was blocked either, by Volcano, the Contractor of Worten or by Volcano’s Sub-Contractors, which ere acted as Conspirators of ICCG, or alternatively, by ICCG that blocked the communications (SMSs, Calls, Messages on Worten System) regarding the Test for the Gas Device.
22 January 2024. Visit VI in Worten Store. Amid that no one has called yet from Worten to schedule a visit for the Test, as well as that two SMS have not been received yet from Worten, we travelled again to Worten Store to inform them about it and to remind them that for more than 130 days, we are without Gas (Hot water) in our apartment. Hence, in front of us, Worten sent urgent inquiries to several persons in Worten to find out why no one called us yet. Even one of the managers spoke with us and promised to resolve the irregular problem, which even they have difficulty understanding why it is occurring.
19 January 2024. No one called to schedule a Test for the Gas device, despite that according to Worten, we should get a phone call until 19 January 2024. Besides, we did not get as promised the ‘SMS explanation’ nor the SMS that we should get following the second request from the date of 16 January 2024.
18 January 2024. Visit V in Worten Store. Following the revealing of the fabricated address, we travelled again to Worten store to inform them about the wrong address on Worten system. Hence, in front of us, Worten corrected the address on Worten system, yet unclear if ICCG puts again a fabricated address on Worten System after this change. Regardless of the issue of the address, we informed Worten during this visit that we have not got yet the SMS, while no one called yet to schedule a test. Due to these irregularities, one of the managers from Worten store promised that we should get tomorrow an SMS explanation about the Status, regardless of the SMS that was not received yet.
17 January 2024. At home after the visit in Worten Store. Looking in-depth at the screen reports that were given by Worten, revealed that ICCG put a Fabricated Address on Worten System as they had done in other cases. More specifically, the City was Sao Joao de Deus instead of Lisbon, so the Fabricated address was 1000-192 in Sao Joao de Deus instead of 1000-192 in Lisbon. Unclear if exists such a city in Portugal or if ICCG puts it as a ‘Spy Signal’ to their spies and conspirators.
17 January 2024. Visit IV in Worten Store. Amid not receiving an SMS confirmation with the ‘Number of Request’ from Worten, then we travelled again to Worten Store to inform them that the SMS confirmation is not received yet. In the first request, on 06 January 2024, the SMS was received a half an hour after the request. Amid not receiving the SMS, Worten gave us a hard-copy of the second request and all the events since the first request. More specifically, Worten printed two screens from Worten system to give us proof of the request instead of the SMS that was not received.
16 January 2024. Visit III in Worten Store. Amid the cancellation of the test due to a ‘Trust Issue’ with Marco, a second urgent request was given to Worten. Following this request, according to Worten, an SMS was supposed to be received with the number of the Request, while we should have gotten a phone call about scheduling the test until 19 January 2024. However, no SMS confirmation was received about this request from Worten.
15 January 2024. In the morning, an email was received from Marco with the continuing attempt of ‘Taking Money’ that ignored the instruction of Worten including ‘Taking Money Explanations’ even in Portuguese, despite that the communication should be in English. Amid the trying of ‘Taking Money’ including ‘Rehearsal of Manipulation Test’ via ‘Manipulation Explanations’, then the Test was cancelled by Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher due to a ‘Trust Issue’ with Marco.
14 January 2024. Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher sent an email to Marco about her visit at the Worten Store, which confirmed that she do not need to pay anything for the test. The email includes the invoice for buying the gas device, which proves that the gas device is under warranty.
13 January 2024. Visit II in Worten Store. Amid the trying of ‘Taking money’ for the test by Marco, the Gas Technician from Volcano/Catagas/Electro Lumiar, we travel again to Worten Store to inform them about the trying of ‘Taking money’ for the test by Marco. Worten confirmed that we do not need to pay anything for the test, and they even put a note about it on the Worten System, while they instructed us that if Marco will ask any payment, then to instruct him to approach Worten about it. During the visit, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher informed Worten and even showed them that the Link about the status of the request (960951) had vanished from the SMS, resulting in no ability to see the status.
12 January 2024. An email confirmation was received from Marco in the evening, but it included an attempt of ‘Taking money’ for the test, despite that the gas device is under warranty. More specifically, Marco demanded payment for the ‘Traveling’ and for the ‘Labour’ plus VAT and the demand for payment totally ignored that the gas device is under warranty.
12 January 2024. A Reminder of a phone call from Marco, the Gas Technician from Volcano/Catagas/Electro Lumiar about the test was scheduled for 15 January 2024 at 14:00-19:00. During this call, I informed Marco that the email confirmation for the test was not received yet.
09 January 2024. Scheduling a Test for the Gas Device via a phone call from Marco, the Gas Technician from Volcano/Catagas/Electro Lumiar. The Test was scheduled for 15 January 2024 at 14:00-19:00. According to Marco, I should get on the same date an email confirmation about the test, but the email was received after 4 days.
08 January 2024. Hang-off of Call Phone after 13 seconds from Volcano/Catagas/Electro Lumiar without scheduling a Test for the Gas Device.
06 January 2024. Visit I in Worten Store. The First Request was given at the Worten Store for a Test for the Gas Device. A half an hour after the request, an SMS confirmation (960951) was received from Worten with a link that presented the status of the Request for the test.
Is ICCG Blocked at least Two SMSs from Worten this week?, or Is Worten has started to act as a Conspirator of ICCG by Intentionally not scheduling a visit for a Test by a Gas Technician including not sending the regular SMS despite the urgent request?
On 16 January 2024, an Urgent Formal Second Request was given to Worten-Becken to Carry out a Test for the Gas Device by another Gas Technician. However, No one called From Worten to schedule a Test Until the End of the Week (19 January 2024), despite that someone should call according to Worten. Besides, Worten argued that on 19 January 2024, we should get an SMS with an explanation about the status, but we did not get yet both, the regular SMS that followed a new request for a test and the SMS with the Status.
Changing Our Address on Worten System From the Fabricated City Sao Joao de Deus to our City Lisbon, but unclear yet Why we did not get yet the SMS from Worten about the Test, so Worten Checking this Issue
On 18 January 2024, we travel AGAIN to the Worten Store to ask them to correct the wrong address. Amid not getting yet the SMS about the Test, our case was forwarded to one of the managers in Worten to check the irregularity of our urgent request for a test for the gas device. According to Worten, we should get tomorrow, on 19 January 2024, an SMS with an explanation about the status.
Hard Proof for Manipulation of Our Address by ICCG on Worten System- City Sao Joao de Deus instead of Lisbon
Importantly, we were supposed to get an SMS from Worten following the New Request for Test on 16 January 2021, but we have not received it yet. In the First Request, we got the SMS a half hour after the request, while now, two days passed since the request yet without receiving the SMS. Thus, meanwhile, we got a Copy-Print of our Request from the Store of Worten, which revealed the Manipulation of the Address by ICCG. Today, we are already 130 Days without Hot Water in our Apartment which highlights the Cruelness of ICCG.
Is Portugal Formally Changed our Address on Portuguese systems by putting a Fabricated address related to our NIFs as part of the Cover-up Crimes and Obstruction of Justice by ICCG?

An Urgent Formal Second Request was given to Worten-Becken to Carry out a Test for the Gas Device by another Gas Technician
On 16 January 2024, a second Urgent formal request was given to Worten-Becken for a Test for the gas device by a Non-ICCG Gas Technician who will not try to steal our money because the device is under warranty and importantly, who will not try to manipulate the results of the test based on ICCG requests. Thus, unclear yet when the test will take place. ICCG has made this ‘Cutting Electricity and Gas Game’ for over 128 days until today to cause us suffering and health damages, while the ‘ICCG Gas-Problem’ is likely done by ‘ICCG Spy Devices’ in our home or by sabotage act by ICCG only to create us ‘Cost Damages’ and suffering.
Cancellation of the Test for the Gas Device due to suspected manipulation of the test and Trying of Taking Money by Marco, the Gas Technician from Volcano/Catagas/Electro Lumiar for the Test of the Becken Gas Device, despite that it is still under the warranty of Worten-Beckn
Note, the Gas Technician mentioned by phone that he is from Volcano-the formal representative of Worten-Becken, but his Landline is from Electro Lumiar, while his email mentioned Catagas
Despite the instructions from Worten, Marco-ICGG Gas Technician, continued today with his attempt to Take Money before the visit including writing ‘Stealing Explanations’ in Portuguese, despite that I informed him from the beginning that I am going to communicate with him in English, so the Test is not going to take place as planned on 15 January 2024 because we are going to ask from Worten to send another Gas Technician. Following that, on 16 January 2024, a second Urgent formal request was given to Worten-Becken for a Test for the gas device by a Non-ICCG Gas Technician who will not try to steal our money because the device is under warranty and importantly, who will not try to manipulate the results of the test based on ICCG requests. Thus, unclear yet when the test will take place. The Status of the Link before it was Vanished
On 09 January 2024, a Representative of Worten-Becken scheduled a test for the gas device that is going to take place on 15 January 2024, 9 Days from the request. Accordingly, on 15 January 2024, it will be 127 days without hot water, yet unclear when we will have Hot Water. Moreover, According to Representative of Worten-Becken, on 09 January 2024, after the phone call, we were supposed to get an Email about the Scheduling Test for the Gas Device for the Date of 15 January 2024, but until today, we did not get the email. If it was sent as promised, then ICCG blocked this email, while if the email was not sent as promised, then likely it was done as part of ‘ICCG-Games’. Eventually, the email was received on Friday evening on 12 January 2024 instead of on Tuesday on 09 January 2024, yet with a request for paying for the test, despite that the Gas device is under warranty. Besides, the link of the request for Test from Worten via SMS was vanished without the ability to see the status of the request for test.
On 06 January 2024, a Formal Request was given to Schedule a Test for the Gas Device by the Manufacturer, but unclear yet when it is going to take place. The Objective of the test is to understand if the problem is with the gas device or with the infrastructure, either gas or electricity. The gas device is under our responsibility, while the infrastructure, either gas or electricity, is under the responsibility of the owner, still, keep in mind, that the Gas Device worked perfectly until the day of cutting, while after the cutting until today, it has not connected to the electricity excluded during the two gas inspections by Goldenergy-Floene, so if the test will reveal a ‘technical problem’ in the gas device, then there is a suspicion that ICCG somehow sabotaged the gas device during the cutting.
Is the Gas Technician started an ‘ICCG-Game’ about scheduling a Test for the Gas Device? Likely, Yes.
09 January 2024. According to SMS that I was received today from Worten, Becken was already contacted us to schedule a Test for the Gas Device, but it was a ‘Manipulated Phone Call’, namely I got only one Phone Call since the request for test and it was yesterday, on 08 January 2023 at 19:59 from Tel Number 217590285. The Call took only 13 seconds. A Lady started to speak Portuguese, I said in Portuguese that I am not speaking Portuguese and immediately the lady hang off the Call. I would like to say that I am not speaking Portuguese well and to ask if she speak English, but I had no opportunity because she immediately hang off the call after part of my sentence. At least, the Lady understood that I am not speaking Portuguese, so she is supposed to ask someone else to call us to schedule the test unless if she is part of ICCG. Let’s see if we will get another call, perhaps not at 19:59 but in the middle of the night, the time that ICCG love to make Harassment Calls.
Unclear yet when the Test for the Gas Device will take Place amid the Sabotage of the Test by ICGG via ‘Vanished Pedro Operation’, namely we need to find an Objective Gas Technician that ICCG will not Takeover on its test or will not Bribe him to prevent the test, which is a difficult task in Portugal. Any Tentative Scheduling like with Pedro likely will lead to Takeover of the Test by ICCG to manipulate the results of the test as part of the Cover-up of the First Gas Inspection, so we need to schedule a test that will done immediately and not in a gap of time to prevent Takeover by ICCG on the test, which is more complicated to realize compared to regular Scheduling. Thereby, Unclear how long it will take to carry out an Objective Test for the Gas Device. Keep in mind, that the Gas Technician who was participated in the Checking of the problem by the Owner Team did not see any problem excluded ‘static electricity’, so my assumption that in the First Gas Inspection, the gas inspector ‘Invented’ Problem, while in the Second gas inspection, was done cover-up for the First Inspection including planning of Taking Money via fabricated arguing that exists a problem with Gas Device. Thereby, ICCG knows that nothing wrong with the Gas Device, and because of that ICCG runs the ‘Vanished Pedro Operation’ in trying to hide the true that nothing wrong with the gas device. Importantly, it is hard to see how all ICCG Operations have carried out in Portugal, especially since the Cutting of Electricity and Gas without the approval and assistance by PM of Portugal, the Portuguese Government, and the Portuguese Intelligent Agency. Worse, it seems that Portuguese Authorities run against us Formal Operation in trying to Push us to leave Portugal via ‘Cutting Electricity and Gas’ and ‘Force Poverty Operation’. However, Mr. Antonio Costa, the PM of Portugal, NO we are not going to leave Portugal, yet I will do my best with the help of God that each Mastermind of ICCG and each Prominent Conspirator of ICCG may leave Portugal by putting him/her in Jail outside Portugal where the justice and law is still exist. Hence, I call to the Masterminds of ICCG in Portugal and in other Countries to leave their public positions immediately because you are bring Shame to your countries. ICCG represents a Dictatorship Ideology and Not Democratic and Freedom Values.
An Urgent Call to Gas Technicians in Lisbon who believe in Freedom to contact us for conducting Test for the Gas Device of Becken

‘Vanished Pedro Operation’ by ICCG to Sabotage the Test of the Gas Device
On 30 December 2023 at 11:14, I spoke with Pedro from Injectgas for more than 5 minutes about carry out Test for the Becken Gas Device in our apartment based on external gas. At the end of this conversation, we agreed that Pedro will make the Test on Tuesday, on 02 January 2024 at the price of 58 Euro. Pedro asked me that I will send him my Address via SMS and after that, he will let me know in which time on Tuesday he will come to make the test. Thereby, immediately after the call, I sent him my address via SMS (30.12.2023 at 11:23). However, I did not get any SMS from Pedro until today, so I tried to call him today in the morning at 08:38 to find out when he is supposed to come to make the test, but he did not answer this call, yet I got an SMS that he can not speak right know (08:39). In a Reply SMS (08:40), I asked him when he supposed to come to make the test. Following that, I got an an SMS at 08:39 from Injectgas to tell them what I want, but this SMS was vanished (see D in Marked Yellow), yet this vanished SMS appeared in the Call Records (see below), still, this vanished SMS is the same message that was received from Injectgas via What’s App at 09:03. Because I already gave the full details to Pedro about the test including agreeing about the price on 30.12.2023, then I wrote in a reply SMS and via What’s App that Injectgas can get the all details from Pedro. After that, it become clearly, that ICCG took control on this test via ‘Vanished Pedro Operation’ by arguing that I will NEVER be able to speak with Pedro. The Plan here by ICCG is very simple - if someone that not connected to ICCG will carry out the Test, then the True will be revealed namely, nothing wrong with the Gas Device, so ICCG would like to send ‘ICCG technician’ to manipulate the test.

Hard Proof for Intentionally not scheduling Gas inspection by Gold Energy for more than 50 Days
On 26 December 2023, the Center of Goldenergy/Floene (+351-91034803) sent an SMS about the second gas inspection for 28 December 2023, but I need to delay it because of the checking problem by the owner. After the checking problem by the owner, on 27 December 2023, I sent an SMS to resechedule the second gas inspection, and it sechedule for 29 December 2023, namely 2 Days! after the request and not after more than 50 Days!. Importantely, NO ONE asked me to confirm the two SMSs because in Portugal no one ask to confirm a visit by Electricity and gas provider, which is contrary to the ‘Play Confirmation’ by the Lawyer of Goldenergy in the First gas inspection, yet I confirmed all visits. Even more importhantely, more than 50 Days, NO ONE sent us an SMS for first gas inspection, despite that Goldenergy makes it regularly to all thier customers as done when Goldenergy connected the Electricity.
WHO Instructed to leave us without Hot Water in our apartment for currently 111 DAYS?
Intentionally 111 Days without Hot Water in the apartment should be consider as a Torture and not only Suffering, especially when it happened in the middle of the Winter, regardless of Health Damages, so I added Torture to Chapter 6.
Try to wash your face and Teeth in a Cold Water when the temperature in the early morning is around 5 Celsius - I usually wake up in 04:00 AM (שחרית). Try to wash dishes and make food only with Cold water in the Winter - I am doing it for over 111 Days. Try to wash your hair in Cold Water - I did it for 50 Days - When I make it in the winter, I got cold warts in my head and I also got ringing in my ears. Try to make a shower even in the Summer with Cold water - I and my son did it, yet my son did it for over 50 Days, still, when I made Cold Showers when the temperature was low, then after that my nose was bleeding. Try to make a Bath with 4 liter Boiling Water - I did it for almost 50 Days when we had no electricity in the apartment. Try to make less than Half bath with Boiling Water - How long it takes to fill less than Half bath with Boiling Water - I am doing it for over 70 Days - It takes more than one hour to make a few minutes fast bath - You need to carry boiled Pots from the kitchen to the bath - In my case it is a distance of 25 Meters. Try to make a shower each day in Gym after working day at 21:30-22:30 for one week - My son is doing it for over 80 Days. My son already had a flu with 39.3 Celsius body heat.

How Many Lawyers became Conspirators of ICCG?
The Lawyer of Goldenergy argued that ICCG gas inspector told him that I refused to sign the gas report, despite that he never asked it, while the second gas inspector asked me to sign in the last time and this time and I signed in both cases. However, when I told to ICCG gas inspector that he will not forget to ask me to sign his report, then he told me that usually, the customers do not need to sign on the ‘print report’, so who makes the lie, ICCG gas inspector or the lawyer of Goldenergy?
To Remind Everyone, before one week, ICCG Gas Inspector argued that there is a problem with the Electricity-Gas Socket and he even suggested to send someone to fix it - on my money. However, now, he suggested that the problem is with Gas Device, despite that the Gas Device and the Electricity-Gas Socket worked perfectly under the Gas of EDP. What change since the cutting? Nothing excluded ICCG Plan to leave us without Hot Water including to increase our costs for nothing!
If a device works and then not working due to cutting electricity, then when the electricity come back unlikely that the device suddenly will stop working. My assumption was that nothing wrong with the Electricity-Gas Socket, and I was right about it, and now, my assumption is that nothing wrong with the gas device, unless ICCG sabotage the gas device.
On 29 December 2023, ICCG Sent again their Gas Inspector who now argued that the problem is with the Gas Device. Until the Cutting of Electricity and Gas, the gas device worked perfectly, and suddenly, now it’s not working.
Is ICCG sabotage the Gas Device during the Gas Cutting Period to Force Cost of 600 Euro? Likely Yes! That’s how ICCG makes the ‘Taking Money’ - Stealing and Sabotage and Preventing Income. I Paid Today to their Conspirator 40 Euro and next time again, regardless of buying again New Gas Device that I bought the current one before only one year.
I am praying to God, Day and Night, that Each Euro of ‘Taking Money’ (Stealing, Sabotage, and Preventing Income) and Each Minute of Suffering, then Each Conspirator of ICCG will use it for ‘God Punishment’.

Just asking if ICCG connected their 'devices' to the electricity of our apartment via the 'gas-electricity socket' that is located on an external wall?
Hard Proof that the ICCG gas inspector, Filipe Cristao and Goldenergy acted according to ICCG plan - the gas inspector before the inspection already knew that ICCG sabotaged the electricity. He never asked me to sign anything. lf electricity runs in the pipe gas, is it safe to connect it to another socket, unless if it is an 'ICCG socket'

Unclear if Amnesty International received our letter because the their Fax was unavailable (It is possible that it was blocked by ICCG), while following our email, we did not receive any respond or confirmation from Amnesty International except of a technical delivery notice.
After 51 days since the Gas Contract was made with Goldenergy, Goldenergy scheduled a gas inspection for today, yet ICCG runs yesterday the ‘Confirmation Game’, despite that Goldenergy did not ask to confirm any visit when the Electricity was connected by Goldenergy nor by EDP before one year. In other words, Electrcity and Gas Providers in Portugal use to schedule appointments and to inform about them to the customers without a request to confirm the appointment. However, the ‘Confirmation Game’ that was done yesterday by Goldenergy was carried out as part of the ‘ICCG Game’ during the last 51 days, namely Intentionally not connected the gas by Goldenergy to create Suffering and Health Damages to us. Besides, in the ‘Confirmation Game’, Goldenergy ignored again our permission a long ago to scheduled the gas inspection at any time and that we will be at home at that time. Thereby, Let’s see what the next move of ‘ICCG Game’ until we will have hot water in our apartment.
Correspondence with the Legal Department of Goldenergy
The Electricity Bill was received on 19.12.2023, so unlikely that it was sent in a regular order after 04 December 2023 because a regular post via CTT takes a few days and not more than 2 weeks.
According to SMS from 04 December 2023, We should pay the Electricity Bill until 25 December 2023, but we did not get yet the Bill, despite that we should get it by post via CTT a few days after 04 December as mentioned in the SMS.
According to our Electricity and Gas Contracts, we should get the bills by post and not via Email or SMS, so we are not Going to pay the Electricity Bill without getting the Bill by Post to see for what we are paying for. Likely that Goldenergy did not send us the Electricity Bill because the Bill may have manipulation that ICCG would like to hide.
GoldEnergy informed us today via SMS that our Suffering and Health Damages without Hot Showers and Hot Water will Continue!
Instead of Scheduling the Gas Inspection, then GoldEnergy sent us again the same SMS that was already sent twice since the Gas Contract was made, yet Goldenergy NEVER schedule the Gas Inspection as done when Goldenergy connected the Electricity:

Violation of the Gas Contract, Violation of Human Rights and Intentionally Creating Suffering and Health Damages by Intentionally not Connecting the Gas by GOLD ENERGY currently for over 48 Days since 30.10.2023 when the Gas Contract was made with GOLD ENERGY, while currently for over 98 Days without Gas (Cold Showers and Cold Water) and 50 Days without Electricity due to Intentionally Cutting the Electricity and Gas by EDP on 11 September 2023
Despite my repeated urgent emails to the CEO of GOLD ENERGY to connect our apartment to the gas based on the gas contract that we made with GOLD ENERGY on 30 October 2023, we NEVER received yet any Email or SMS from GOLD ENERGY about scheduling a Gas Inspection as done when GOLD ENERGY connected the Electricity. Worse, the CEO of GOLD ENERGY and GOLD ENERGY even ignored the last two urgent emails from the dates of 28 November 2023 and 14 December 2023 in which we gave the permission to schedule the Gas Inspection on any date and hour convenient to GOLD ENERGY and we will be at home on that date. Besides, as I mentioned in my email to the CEO of GOLD ENERGY from the date 24 November 2023, I have a Home-Office Opening Time (Monday through Friday at 11:00-13:00), which allows GOLD ENERGY to make the Gas Inspection in our apartment without the need to schedule a meeting. In spite of the above, GOLD ENERGY intentionally did not schedule the Gas Inspection to create us intentionally Suffering and Health Damages as part of the cover-up Crimes and Obstruction of Justice by ICCG, which has done following the intentional cutting of the Electricity and Gas by EDP on 11 September 2023 under the Open Eyes of ERSE. Moreover, despite our request to get the Bills only via Post and not via Email or SMS when the contracts were made including a reminder by email about it, we did not get yet the first electricity bill from GOLD ENERGY by post, but only an SMS from the date of 04 December 2023 that mentioned that exists a bill that should be paid until 25 December 2023. Thereby, unclear if not receiving yet the Electricity bill indicates planning to cut again our electricity based on fabricated ‘not paying’ the Electricity bill.
In light of the harsh violation of our Human Rights in Portugal in general (see https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-documentation), and preventing from us minimal dissent condition of Electricity and Gas (Cold Showers and Cold Water) in our apartment, in particular, namely living without Electricity for over 50 Days, while currently 98 Days without Gas, I call to Amnesty International to intervene in our case to stop the violation of our human rights in Portugal, while I call to Redes to ensure that we will have gas (Hot Showers and Hot Water) in our apartment without any delay. Keep in mind, that a Gas inspection was made in our apartment on 10/2022 (see below) when EDP connected the Gas and since then nothing has changed in our apartment except that EDP sent Natural Gas on 22 September 2023 to cut our gas even without our permission, which was done also with the Electricity, namely E-redes Cut our electricity from the Portuguese Electricity Infrastructure without our permission instead of forwarding the Meter Reading to GOLD ENERGY to allow connection of the electricity by GOLD ENERGY based on the new contract with them, resulting in living without Electricity for over 50 Days until suddenly, ‘someone’ decided to connect us again to the Electricity, yet ‘someone’ decided to left us without gas.
To summarize, Amnesty International and Redes should ensure that we will have Hot Showers and Hot Water by connecting the Gas in our apartment without any delay.

After 50 days without Electricity and Gas including on Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot, on 30 October 2023, E-redes connected our home to electricity, yet without any explanation Why E-redes disconnected our home from the National Portuguese Electricity Infrastructure instead of forwarding the meter reading to new Electricity provider and why after 50 days without Electricity, suddenly E-redes connected our home the National Portuguese Electricity Infrastructure including forwarding the meter reading to the new electricity provider.
E-redes argued that they understood that we do not want electricity - WHO told E-redes that we do not want Electricity? and how it’s possible that E-redes cut the electricity without getting our permission to do that? E-redes should reveal who told them that we do not want electricity!!!
Investigation Authorities should Arrest the Technicians of EDP as Conspirators of ICCG because regarding three different days they lied that Dr. Rozen-Bakher was not at home when they were supposed to come to take the meter reading, despite that she was at home and even twice she waited on the balcony to see who is coming to the building. Here are the three days: 20.09.2023 at 10:30-13:00; 21.09.2023 at 13:00-15:30; 25.09.2023 at 10:30-13:00. Dr. Ziva Rozen Bakher is ready to make a true test that she was at home during these dates and those hours. Note, it exists a Smart Meter Reading, so the Technicians of EDP were not supposed to come, but E-redes sent a contradicting SMS to their email from 18.09.2023 (see below) that they can not collect the meter reading remotely, which triggered the farce of the fabricated meetings by the Technicians of EDP to prevent getting electricity from the new provider, Gold Energy.
Who gave the Order to the Technicians of EDP to lie three times? Are these EDP liars going to get a Bribe for these lies from ICCG?
