  • On 23 August 2023, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher sent a complaint letter to the CEO of NETIM about the Blocking of emails via NETIM with a copy of the email to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe and the President of the European Court of Human Rights. However, ICCG Blocked the Email to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe via Undelivered Notice, so it was sent via Twitter-X (see below). Besides, the copy of the email was also sent to two additional emails of the Council of Europe (media@coe.int, cm@coe.int). No confirmation and no response was given yet from the Council of Europe, yet the host server of the Council of Europe provided a confirmation that the two recipients of Council of Europe received the email (see below). I would like to inform you that yesterday, on 22 August 2023, all the emails that I sent to 9,414 recipients in my contact list were Cyber-blocked or Cyber-manipulated (please see the proofs below) as part of holding me as a Virtual Political Prisoner to Obstruct the Justice of Crimes Against Humanity that committed by ICCG. More specifically, if the emails were not blocked, then I should get hundreds of ‘Automatic Answer’, as well as many ‘Reply Emails’ from people that I know, as well as from others that usually give some response for such Calls (see my email below), regardless of Undelivered notices from Host servers. However, due to the blocking, I got in TOTAL Zero response emails, 12 Automatic Answers, 6 Undelivered Notices from Host servers, and 11 Undelivered notices from NETIM Server, yet likely that some of them were manipulated. Importantly, I sent 11 emails that each of them includes 900 recipients, yet I did not get any Automatic Answer or Undelivered Notice regarding 8 emails among the 11 emails.

Hence, here are my expectations from NETIM:

First, NETIM should report to investigation authorities about the Cyber-Blocking and Cyber-Manipulation against my Mailbox of NETIM (zrb@rozen-bakher.pt).

Second, NETIM should investigate how Cyber-Blocking and Cyber-Manipulation are carried out via my Mailbox of NETIM and for how long it has done since I started to use NETIM in 06/2022. Note, one week ago when I sent an application for an academic position to a university in Canada, it seems that I got a fabricated Undelivered Notice from NETIM server, namely the Undelivered Notice mentioned the email fpositions@ivey.ca instead of facultypositions@ivey.ca. Therefore, based on the activity of my mailbox of NETIM since 06/2022, then it’s not the first time that Outcoming Emails and Incoming Emails were Blocked or Manipulated.

Third, NETIM should protect my ability to send emails and get emails without that Cyber-blocking or Cyber-manipulation are carried out against my Mailbox of NETIM.     

Forth, unfortunately, I have suffered from harsh political persecution that includes sabotage of my financial affairs (‘taking money’) including preventing from me having any income (e.g. from Salary, Investment, and Donations), as well as preventing from me having lawyers that will present my case in courts by blocking my Calls to Lawyers on Social Networking and via emails, such as the Call to Portuguese Lawyers that I published on Twitter as a Pin Tweet since 06/2022, yet over more than a year, even one single Portuguese lawyer did not approach me because my Twitter is Blocked like my emails. Hence, amid my bad situation in Portugal as a Virtual Political Prisoner without the ability to get access to the legal system, then I call to the CEO of NETIM to approach in-person the President of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in order to get its urgent help to Release me from the Virtual Political Prison. I was born as a Freedom Citizen, and NO ONE has the right to hold me as a Virtual Political Prisoner to Obstruct Justice and in trying to avoid punishment in jail.

Therefore, please forward to the President of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg the documentation that is related to our case, as follows:

Blocking Emails via NETIM

Description of Blocking Emails via NETIM

On 22 August 2023, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher sent 11 emails to her contact list which currently includes 9,414 recipients. Each email includes 900 recipients. The contact list is sorted by country, so the emails were sent by a-b of the countries. However, ICCG blocked and manipulated all 11 emails, as part of holding Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a Virtual Political Prisoner in Portugal to Obstruct the Justice of Crimes Against Humanity that committed by ICCG. The emails include Calls for Positions, so ICCG blocked also these emails as part of their operation to prevent any income from Dr. Rozen-Bakher including from salary. More specifically, if the emails were not blocked, then Dr. Rozen-Bakher should get hundreds of ‘Automatic Answer’, as well as many ‘Reply Emails’ from people she has known for many years, as well as from other recipients that usually give some response for such Calls, either because of their interest to fill such positions or even as a polite answer or with giving the advice to approach someone else or to follow certain links. That’s regardless of Undelivered Notices from Host servers that also usually are given regarding each email. However, due to the blocking and manipulating of the emails by ICCG, then Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get any incoming emails regarding the 8 emails that she sent, while she got any incoming emails only regarding 4 emails that she sent, still, the TOTAL clearly shows that even these emails blocked and manipulated. More specifically, she got Zero response emails, 12 Automatic Answers, 6 Undelivered Notices from Host servers, and 11 Undelivered notices from NETIM Server (see tabels below), still, after sending the email complaint to the CEO of NETIM, then 2 additional incoming emails arrived, but one of them vanished from the mailbox an hour after receiving, while the other one looks like a manipulated email, namely instead that the body of the email will include the response, then someone wrote it in a Word file that enclosed to the email, so the body of the email was empty one. Moreover, during the trying to send email number 5 (3600-4500, Nigeria-Russia), ICCG blocked the ability to send the email by providing a fabricated notice on an Invalid Email from Peru (info@promperu_turismo.pe), despite that it’s supposed to be valid email (see below), regardless of the fact that an invalid email or closed email or mistaken with the email address does not suppose to block sending email, such as the notice that provided by the Host Server (postmaster@hhse.onmicrosoft.com) regarding a closed email (ogabriel.awuah@hh.se) which includes in email number 6. Besides, ICCG even blocked the first email that was sent to the CEO of NETIM. Worse, despite that the first email was saved as a draft for more than one hour, then even the saved draft vanished from the Draft folder, which required from Dr. Rozen-Bakher to write again this email, but this time, she wrote it in Word and after that, she copied the email to the Mailbox of NETIM.
