Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and its Peninsula Shield Force (PSF)
The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is a political, economic, and military alliance in the Gulf region that includes six monarchical states. The GCC has Multilateral Military Defence Treaty (MMDT), the Peninsula Shield Force (PSF), based on a hard definition of commitment to defend in the case of an attack. However, the GCC countries are heavily dependent on foreign military presence in their territories, especially the USA army, so USA has numerous military bases and military installations in GCC countries, which most of them were used to attack Iran in the recent war of USA-Israel against Iran.
