Highlights

Currently, Dr. Rozen-Bakher took a pause with the activity of her Facebook account because of the manipulated activity of ICCG

Since the opening of the Facebook account, ICCG has run a ‘Facebook Cyber Account’ similar to a ‘Twitter Cyber Account’. However, in the case of Twitter, ICCG blocked any new followers, while in the case of Facebook, ICCG ran a manipulated ‘Friends Requests Operation’ based on fabricated Facebook accounts or Facebook accounts from Africa, yet Blocking the visibility of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to the Public in general and to the public in the EU, in particular.

Besides, ICCG manipulated the setting of Facebook to control who can see friends’ requests from Dr. Rozen-Bakher and who not. ICCG also manipulated the activity on Facebook groups in a way that ICCG created fabricated join groups by Dr. Rozen-Bakher, despite that she did not join the groups. Worse, ICCG replaced ‘Fabricated Friends’ in terms of identity, namely after the approval, ICCG changed the identity of the ‘Friends’. To create harassment on Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s Facebook, ICCG runs thousands of friend requests within a few days including mass harassment on What’s app from fabricated Facebook friends, such as sex calls, sex videos, and sex pictures, days and nights. In spite of these manipulations, no normal activity occurred on Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s Facebook regarding her research posts - no likes, no comments, no views on the website - nothing - because no one can see the research posts, as part of the Political Prisenor Operation by ICCG.

Despite numerous complaints to Facebook about the cyber manipulations by ICCG, Facebook never responded to any formal complaint or to complaints via other media like Twitter. It’s hard to see how ICCG runs the Facebook Operation without formal assistance from Facebook.

Mass Friends Operation - Harassment. Dr. Rozen-Bakher got rare friend requests over one year from 03/2021 until mid-02/2022 when ICCG blocked the normal activity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher on Facebook, so during over one year, the number of friends was static at around 100 friends. Although likely, ICCG continued with manipulation regarding Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s Facebook account in terms of sending friend requests and messages by fabricated accounts or by approaching specific persons to send friend requests or messages. However, on 19.02.2022, ICCG started the Facebook Mass Friends Operation. This operation is based on the principle of releasing the visibility of the account including allowing friend requests from some countries, while other countries are blocked. More specifically, the majority of the friend requests are from Africa, while from the ‘closed regions or countries’, most of the accounts are new ones or fabricated ones in trying to hide the blocking from the ‘closed regions or countries’. Besides, to manipulate this operation, ICCG blocked ALL email notifications about friend requests to prevent proof about WHO sending friend requests.

Dr. Rozen-Bakher got rare friend requests over one year from 03/2021 until mid-02/2022 when ICCG blocked the normal activity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher on Facebook, so during over one year, the number of friends was static at around 100 friends. However, since 18 February 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got suddenly hundreds of friend requests on Facebook, especially from African people, despite that since the opening of her Facebook account in 03/2021, she got rare friend requests, while despite that all her posts on Facebook were opened to the public, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get any like or comment from the public about her interesting posts. Given that, it’s possible that since yesterday, her Facebook account was released from the blocking. Although likely, ICCG is continued with manipulation regarding Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s Facebook account in terms of sending friend requests and messages by fabricated accounts or by approaching specific persons to send friend requests or messages.

Manipulation with Groups. In the setting appears that Dr. Rozen-Bakher is a member of the ‘Penny Wisdom Group’, despite that she never joined this group. The ‘Penny Wisdom Group’ have only one member. Note. Since the summer 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher does not belong to any group on Facebook. See below.

Blocking Email Notifications about Friend Requests. Dr Rozen-Bakher did not get any email notification about friend requests, despite that it’s part of the setting. This kind of blocking also is done by ICCG on Twitter. This blocking is done by ICCG to manipulate the friend requests/followers in terms of the timing of the request/following and the profile of the friend/follower that ICCG changed after that. Besides, ICCG blocked some friend requests - During the last year many times appears the number in Red about the number of friend requests on Facebook, but when Dr. Rozen-Bakher clicked to see the friend requests, then nothing showed.

Problem with the Embed of Facebook. Unclear why there is a problem with the embedding of Facebook because a notice was given about successful embed.

Suspected getting messages that written to other persons. Based on the content of messages, it’s very likely that ICCG uses messages that persons wrote to other persons and to Dr. Rozen-Bakher.

Manipulation with the photos on Facebook when a post is shared. ICCG puts a photo via cyber that is different from the photo that exists in the share setting. It’s done to manipulate the post based on the interest of ICCG.
