Ziggo Blocked ALL Outgoing Emails and even Incoming Emails, either emails with a single recipient or emails with multiple recipients via a Fabricated Notice of Abuse of the Limit of Sending Emails per Day per Mailbox, Resulting in Stopping working with Ziggo Mailboxes after 4 Days (12 August 2021 - 16 August 2021)

Amid the massive blocking of emails via KPN, then on 12 August 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher started to use Ziggo Mailboxes, but it even became worse because Ziggo TOTOL blocked ALL outgoing emails and even incoming emails. Due to the inability to work with the mailboxes of Ziggo, then 4 days later, on 16 August 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher stopped using Ziggo mailboxes despite the payment for them, while she started using the Belgium Mailbox of Mailfence, resulting in a situation that she paid at once to 3 mailboxes providers in Netherlands until 12/2021 when the yearly contract with KPN was ended.

Ziggo Blocked ALL emails via several methods, as follows:

  • Blocking via Fabricated Notice of Abuse the Limit of Sending Emails per Day per Mailbox. Immediately after starting working with Ziggo Mailboxes, Ziggo blocked all emails including single emails to family members and friends via false notices of Abuse. The blocking of outgoing emails by Ziggo was done on contrary to Ziggo policy in relation to 6 mailboxes of Ziggo that Dr. Rozen-Bakher had.

  • Blocking via Fabricated Notice of ‘Delay’. In some cases, notices were given about ‘Delay’ in sending an email in trying to hide the blocking of emails.

  • Blocking via Fabricated Notice of ‘Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender’. In other cases, notices were given about ‘Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender’. This method was used, especially in cases of submissions of research papers to journals, likely by getting cooperation from conspirators on the side of the receiver.

  • Blocking via Illegal SPAM Notice by Ziggo. Spam can be defined by the receivers and not by the mailbox provider that the email sends via its platform. In spite of that, Ziggo illegally defined the outgoing emails of Dr. Rozen-Bakher as SPAM to block emails, so the receivers instead of getting the emails in their INBOX Folder, then they got them in the SPAM Folder because of Ziggo-the mailbox Provider that Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid for its service. Ziggo used the method of SPAM not only regarding emails with multiple receivers but also with emails that were sent to family members, friends and colleagues that for long got emails from Dr. Rozen-Bakher in the INBOX Folder. In other words, only the recipients have the right to decide if the content in the incoming email is spam or not, but definitely, not the internet provider that provides mailboxes to his customers. The contents in the outcoming emails are private to the owner of the mailbox, so the internet provider has no legal right to decide if the content is Spam or not for the receivers. To clarify, the internet provider has the right to decide the limit of sending emails per email/day/month via his mailboxes but has no right to decide which content will be included in the outgoing emails namely, which content will be spam for others or not. Because of that exists the SPAM Folder for incoming emails, so if an email enters into the Spam, the recipient has the right to decide to move it to the inbox as a non-spam email, or vice versa, if an email enters into the inbox folder, then the recipient has the right to decide to move it into the SPAM Folder upon his wish. Hence, Illegal SPAM Notices by Ziggo were used as a method to block emails as part of the cover-up crimes and Obstruction of Justice by ICCG against Dr. Rozen-Bakher in the attempt to block any of her communication with others.

  • Blocking via Fabricated Technical Failure Notice. In some cases, notices were given about a ‘Technical Failure’ of the email, despite that these receivers got many emails before the Fabricated Technical Failure and after that.

  • ‘Blocking-Censership’ by Blocking Part of the Email via Manipulation with the Content in the Email. Ziggo not only blocked emails via fabricated notices but also by creating ‘Blocking-Censership’, as follows

    • Blocking Signature - No Signature

    • Manipulation with Signature - Vanished details and different colours

    • Changing the size of the font in the emails according to the wish of ICCG. For example, ICCG changed the size of the link of the Blog Post about Palestine from large to very small.

    • Vanished Links and Content from the Emails. Many receivers mentioned that they can see in the emails only the abstract of the research paper, but not all of the content that was supposed to be included in the email, such as the vanished content in the email that mentioned “you can see the full paper via the link”.
