Qualifying Industrial Zone (QIZ)
In recent years, amid the ongoing situation in the Middle East, governmental authorities and media outlets have rarely published data or articles about the Qualifying Industrial Zone (QIZ), resulting in a lack of updates from both news sources and scientific literature.
The USA has numerous Bilateral Free Trade Agreements with various countries Like many other countries, yet on contrary to Russia and China that put emphasis on Multilateral Trade Alliances, such as BRICS and SCO, then USA has only rare Multilateral Trade Alliances, such as the USMCA and the QIZ, still, these Multilateral Trade Alliances include only triple countries and not many countries like BRICS and SCO.
QIZ Qualifying Industrial Zone includes two separate Free Trade Agreements, namely between the USA, Israel, and Egypt, as well as between the USA, Israel, and Jordan, which are both based on the Free Trade Agreement between the USA and Israel. Thus, based on the QIZ, Egypt and Jordan get access to the USA market via Israel. Palestine that includes the West Bank and Gaza Strip is part of the QIZ between USA, Israel, and Jordan. The QIZ was established to give an economic boost to the Peace Agreements between Israel-Egypt and Israel-Jordan.
